Lo chef è gentile e disponibile. Per non parlare dei vini... unici! Si possono trovare bottiglie di piccole aziende agricole. Tappa fissa se si va all'Aquila per fare un bel pasto tipico e di qualità. La Grotta di Aligi is an exceptional restaurant: selected and quality ingredients, typical but not touristic dishes, impeccable services. The chef is kind and helpful. Not to mention the wines ... unique! You can find bottles from small farms. A fixed stop if you go to L'Aquila to have a nice typical and quality meal.

E questo è quello che abbiamo mangiato: Pagliaretto di melanzane e burrata Strapazzata con tartufo fresco Maltagliati con baccalà e crema di ceci Baccalà all'Aquilana Arrosticini di pecora Millefoglie con crema allo zafferano Montepulciano d'Abruzzo+ acqua Amaro di Ratafià e amaro alle erbe Un caffé Totale 85€ Locale dall'ambiente rustico ma un po' datato, la ragazza che ci ha serviti è stata competente per quel che riguarda i vini e quello che ci ha proposto era molto buono. Forse siamo stati fortunati ma non abbiamo aspettato tanto per essere serviti come letto in altre recensioni. Disposizioni anticovid rispettate. I state that I have no terms of comparison for what concerns the dishes tasted, but it all seemed excellent. There were two of us. And this is what we ate: Aubergine and burrata ham Scrambled with fresh truffle Maltagliati with cod and chickpea cream Codfish in Aquilana Sheep skewers Millefeuille with saffron cream Montepulciano d'Abruzzo + water Amaro di Ratafià and bitter with herbs A coffee Total € 85 A place with a rustic atmosphere but a little dated, the girl who served us was competent as regards the wines and what she offered us was very good. Maybe we got lucky but didn't wait as long to be served as read in other reviews. Anticovid provisions respected.

All perfectly cooked & delicious- Pasta with lamb ragu, cima di rabe, arrosticini, t bone steak of veal, braised veal in Montepulciano. A great selection of Amaro to complete the meal. Wonderful wines.
