Hamburger Giotto di puro piemontese da degustare con la birra artigianale. Business meeting, excellent service, informal cuisine but very accurate with high quality ingredients. Giotto Hamburger pure Piedmontese to taste with craft beer.

Era un po' che avrei voluto fare visita alla Granda, perché só della cura e della selezione dei propri prodotti. Premetto che ay mé!!! Sono del settore... Ordino una costata dry_oged manzo adulto con frollatura 40 giorni... Proprio perché sono un amante dei sapori intensi e decisi.... Un vero peccato perché l'unico sapore che sentivo era l'amaro dei ferri. Molto preparato il ragazzo alla cassa/bar che cmq prendeva nota sulle mie osservazioni.... L	Luca “LittleFox” LittleFox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sia "marchiato" Eataly il locale è una delusione. Cibo anche di qualità (sotto alcuni aspetti) ma servizio poco attento e locale asettico. I prezzi sono elevati (come da standard eataly) ma se come contorno si ordina le patatine fritte e viengono servite delle cips prese dal sacchetto (e rimaste in bella vista in cucina visibili dal passaggio), diventano ingiustificabili. Although Eataly is "branded", the place is a disappointment. Food also of quality (in some aspects) but careless service and aseptic local. The prices are high (as per standard eataly) but if you order the french fries as a side dish and cips are served from the bag (and remain in plain sight in the kitchen visible from the passage), they become unjustifiable.

Servizio pigro e scortese, non mi hanno saputo spiegare di che parte del bovino fosse il taglio ordinato e non hanno neanche chiesto in cucina che è letteralmente a un passo da dove si fanno le ordinazioni. Ho preso un bicchiere di vino rosso che mi è stato fatto svuotando il fondo di una bottiglia già aperta con anche tutto il deposito pur di non rabboccare aprendo una bottiglia nuova. Portando il bicchiere al tavolo ho notato la quantità striminzita (foto1) ma il deposito l'ho visto solo alla fine. L'ho fatto notare quando sono venuti a sparecchiare (foto2) e dopo un finto interessamento a voler investigare c'è stata l'indifferenza, al punto che uscendo ci sono state date palesemente le spalle per evitare contatti visivi o eventuali spiegazioni. Spiacevole. La mia carne era ottima, tenerissima e cotta perfettamente al esangue. Buona la caponatina di contorno (foto3). Non penso farò più un detour apposta per andarci a mangiare. The meat is excellent but perhaps it is better to cook it at home. Lazy and rude service, they couldn't explain to me which part of the beef was the cut ordered and they didn't even ask in the kitchen which is literally one step away from where the orders are made. I took a glass of red wine which was made for me by emptying the bottom of an already open bottle with all the deposit in order not to top up by opening a new bottle. Bringing the glass to the table I noticed the shrunken quantity (photo 1) but I saw the deposit only at the end. I pointed this out when they came to clear the table (photo2) and after a false interest in wanting to investigate there was indifference, to the point that on leaving we were clearly given our backs to avoid visual contacts or any explanations. Unpleasant. My meat was excellent, very tender and perfectly cooked. The caponatina is a good side dish (photo3). I don't think I'll do a detour on purpose anymore to go and eat there.
