A questo si aggiunge una sempre ricercata selezione di birre e la grande passione di Patrizia e Roberto - rispettivamente una in cucina e l'altro al bancone - per il loro lavoro. Davvero un must per la Lomellina! La Giaséra: a pub / restaurant where you can eat really well, with seasonal dishes and an ever-vigilant eye on local, Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont and sometimes South Tyrolean specialties. To this is added an always refined selection of beers and the great passion of Patrizia and Roberto - respectively one in the kitchen and the other at the counter - for their work. Really a must for Lomellina!

Abbiamo scelto come antipasti l'ottimo gnocco fritto e i petali di cipolle in pastella, ma il punto forte sono stati i 2 panini con carne scelta, come la battuta di fassona, di una qualità insuperabile. Il servizio é ottimo, il proprietario gentile e disponibile a dare consigli, prezzi ottimi. Small pub that can be described with 2 words, quality and courtesy. We chose the excellent fried dumplings and the onions in batter as appetizers, but the strong point was the 2 sandwiches with choice meat, like the fassona beat, of an unsurpassed quality. The service is great, the owner is kind and willing to give advice, great prices.

Poi la sala, con tavoli in legno di stile moderno e comode sedie. La sensazione è quella di essere a casa, ci sono tavoli con famiglie intere, tavoli con coppie, lavoratori che fanno pausa pranzo, bambini che giocano. Dopo la pratica green pass, comincia l'elenco dei piatti su un pratico tablet, sia fissi che del giorno. Io e il mio amico mangeremmo tutto. Ci sono panini, piatti caldi primi e secondi, notiamo che il menu' è in continua evoluzione con serate dedicate a piatti tipici e serate a tema. Ottima scelta di birre artigianali sia alla spina che in bottiglia, il titolare ci comunica che aumentera' la scelta con un'altra spina.
