★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da provare, assolutamente, per gli amanti del buon gusto e cultori dello slow food. Si trova in un borgo affascinante e tranquillo, è possibile provare ogni prelibatezza della cucina locale (l'elenco è davvero vastissimo) ed alcune perle davvero speciali, come la melassa di fichi, davvero imperdibile. Ho provato di tutto un po' e garantisco che dalle polpette ai formaggi, al cinghiale (sopraffino!) si distingue netto un unico filo conduttore dato dall'amore per la cucina tradizionale e del buon gusto. Imperdibile!
Try it, absolutely, for lovers of good taste and lovers of slow food. It is located in a charming and quiet village, you can try every delicacy of the local cuisine (the list is really vast) and some really special pearls, such as fig molasses, really not to be missed. I tried everything a little and I guarantee that from the meatballs to the cheeses, to the wild boar (superfine!) There is a distinct common thread given by the love for traditional cuisine and good taste. Unmissable!

Abbiamo mangiato direttamente nella piazza del paese al fresco. Cucina ottima con materie prime eccellenti, tante di produzione propria. Accoglienza calorosa e molto gentile.
Piatti da non perdere: ricotta fresca con melassa di fichi e la pasta fatta in casa!
Beautiful summer evening in La Giara!
We ate directly in the village square al fresco. Excellent cuisine with excellent raw materials, many of their own production. Warm welcome and very kind.
Dishes not to be missed: fresh ricotta with fig molasses and homemade pasta!

Egal was man dort bestellt es schmeckt wirklich sehr gut.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar und passend zu dem kleinen alten Dorf.
Sitzmöglichkeiten mehr als ausreichend.
Kann ich nur empfehlen gerne wieder.
Top food as always.
Come to eat here at least 1 time every year.
No matter what you order there it tastes really very good.
The staff is very friendly.
The atmosphere is wonderful and in keeping with the small old village.
Seating more than enough.
I can only recommend it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unforgettable lunch experience. I took a group of 18 people here. It's a journey to find the place, but worth the drive (and the scenery along the way was beautiful). Once we got there, wonderful food just kept coming. From start to finish this was one of the best meals I had while in Italy for five weeks.
