La penta taragna è decisamente degna di nota e, personalmente, tra le migliori mai assaggiate. Pane cotto al forno. La qualità del cibo però era ottima come la simpatia e precisione della cameriera che ci ha serviti. Bel tagliere dove eccellevano i formaggi, ottimi pizzoccheri alla bergamasca, ottime le cotolette di agnello. Buono il vino consigliato. Particolarità (e passione del proprietario) il gelato artigianale, che va assolutamente provato come dessert. Prezzo in linea. Simple but well-kept place between Selvino and Aviatico. Piatti della tradizione eseguiti con ottime materie prime e senza troppi fronzoli. Personale giovane, dinamico ed attento! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche perché abbiamo terminato il pranzo con una torta di mele che non avevo mai mangiato così buona. Anche il pane è di produzione propria. Primi nella norma...la grigliata di carne è sicuramente migliorabile sia per qualità che per impiattamento. Nel complesso comunque esperienza positiva. Tornerò per assaggiare la pizza!
