Arredi nuovi, toilette nuova, colazione abbondante, cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, il tutto condito da un atmosfera discreta e riservata. Un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Bravi. Had there been 6 stars I would have given 6. A wonderful location surrounded by Tuscan greenery, with a privileged view of the city of Arezzo. New furnishings, new toilet, abundant breakfast, courtesy and helpfulness of the owners, all seasoned with a discreet and reserved atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Well done.

Colazione ottima e varia con dolci fatti in casa e gestore cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, se torneremo ad Arezzo verremo sicuramente qui! Beautiful b & b in a hilly area 5 minutes from the center of Arezzo. Clean and well furnished room, with small terrace with panoramic views over the hills and the city. Excellent and varied breakfast with homemade cakes and a friendly and helpful manager. We had a really good time, if we return to Arezzo we will definitely come here!
M	MIA71 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da Arezzo, B&B immerso nel verde e nella quiete, curato nei minimi dettagli, stanza e bagno molto grandi e super puliti con ogni comfort ( phon professionale incluso) letto comodissimo e colazione abbondante con torte fatte in casa. Prezzo ottimo! I proprietari gentilissimi con cui è stato molto piacevole scambiare due chiacchiere ed avere qualche dritta sui ristoranti intorno. Consiglio vivamente. Excellent location a few minutes from Arezzo, B&B surrounded by greenery and quiet, with attention to the smallest details, very large and super clean room and bathroom with every comfort (professional hairdryer included), very comfortable bed and abundant breakfast with homemade cakes. Great price! The very kind owners with whom it was very pleasant to chat and get some advice on the restaurants around. I highly recommend.

I proprietari sono persone squisite e attente. Siamo stati solo una notte e me ne dispiaccio perché sicuramente lei ed io ci saremmo messe in veranda a parlare di piante se ne avessimo avuto il tempo. Non è un b&b qualsiasi, sei in casa loro e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Vista sotto la pioggia è bella, con il sole quel posto dev'essere magnifico. Giardino curato, casa pulita e colazione ottima con torte fatte da lei. Not to be missed!! The welcome alone earned him 5 stars. Under the flood they came to the car with umbrellas. The owners are exquisite and attentive people. We were only there one night and I'm sorry because surely she and I would have been on the veranda talking about plants if we had had the time. It is not just any b & b, you are in their house and they make you feel at home. Seen in the rain it is beautiful, with the sun that place must be magnificent. Well-kept garden, clean house and excellent breakfast with homemade cakes.

La struttura non è solo pulita e ordinata, tutto è curato in ogni dettaglio, la stanza ha un letto grande e confortevole, cuscini comodi e materasso nuovo. l'armadio è capiente e il bagno ha tutto ciò che può servire. La stanza comune ha un meraviglioso camino che nei giorni di natale ha reso l'ambiente caldo e festoso. La colazione era ricca, dolce e salata, la cucina ha tutto ciò che serve. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari Laura e Massimo, premurosi senza essere invadenti e ottimi conoscitori di Arezzo e dei suoi dintorni; fatevi consigliare! tornare a casa e sentirsi rilassate e felici non ha prezzo. we have recently been in this lovely place. The structure is not only clean and tidy, everything is taken care of in every detail, the room has a large and comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and a new mattress. the wardrobe is large and the bathroom has everything you need. The common room has a wonderful fireplace that made the atmosphere warm and festive on Christmas days. The breakfast was rich, sweet and salty, the kitchen has everything you need. We very much appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Laura and Massimo, attentive without being intrusive and excellent connoisseurs of Arezzo and its surroundings; get advice! coming home and feeling relaxed and happy is priceless.
