La fanno sul momento, stasera non ho fatto alcuna coda ma se dovesse capitare, vale la pena pazientare, buonissima ! Consigliatissima .. In Salerno I only ate pizzas, this is the first "fried pizza", really good. They make it on the spot, tonight I didn't queue but if it happens, it's worth being patient, very good! Highly recommended ..

In particolare, mi riferisco a pizza fritta con cicoli, crocchette di patate e scaglioppi al pomodoro. La cosa che ho più apprezzato è l'avere fritto il tutto al momento; non amo infatti le rosticcerie con i fritti (chissà da quanto) esposti in bella vista, pronti al massimo per essere riscaldati. Il tutto era di ottima fattura. La pizza fritta, in particolare, aveva un ripieno ottimo e molto generoso. Da tenere conto che il locale è solo per asporto o consumazione sul posto, nella fattispecie in strada. Il personale è molto gentile e corretto, anche sotto il profilo fiscale. Le cinque stelle sono tutte meritate. Locale assolutamente consigliato. I tried products from this rotisserie and was very satisfied. In particular, I am referring to fried pizza with cicoli, potato croquettes and scaglioppi with tomato. The thing I appreciated most is having fried everything at the moment; in fact, I don't like rotisseries with fried foods (who knows for how long) exposed in plain sight, ready to be heated to the maximum. The whole was of excellent workmanship. The fried pizza, in particular, had an excellent and very generous filling. Keep in mind that the place is only for take-out or consumption on the spot, in this case on the street. The staff is very polite and correct, even from a fiscal point of view. The five stars are all deserved. Absolutely recommended.

Ogni cosa è fritta sul momento è la bontà è assicurata. Non male anche il cuoppo di pesce. My boyfriend and I had a classic fried calzone and one with cicoli, and in total we spent € 5.50. Everything is fried on the spot and goodness is guaranteed. The fish cuoppo is also not bad.

Provatela calda e godetevi l'esplosione di sapore. Locale sprovvisto di tavoli, solo asporto. Non presente parcheggio di pertinenza. Nice takeaway place in the heart of historic Salerno. It produces the well-known fried pizza made in various ways but always in good taste. Try it hot and enjoy the explosion of flavor. Local without tables, only take away. There is no relevant parking.

We had the classics: La montanara & il tradizionale, absolutely fantastic. For just 2.5euro you will be completely full with one calzone. The 15min wait is absolutely worth it.
