Il marito è uscito per un sopralluogo (mio marito ha dovuto prendere la mattinata dal lavoro) ed è stato insopportabile, arrogante e non propenso alle stufe a pellet... ma allora perchè venderle, darci cataloghi, fare preventivi etcc...??? Mah.. un vero peccato.. We went to get information on a pellet stove, Mrs. Cristina very kind, available, gave us several catalogs. The husband came out for an inspection (my husband had to take the morning off work) and it was unbearable, arrogant and not inclined to pellet stoves ... but then why sell them, give us catalogs, make estimates and so on ... ?? ? Mah .. a pity ..

Abbiamo trovato una buona esposizione e personale molto competente. I prezzi sono in linea con quelli della mia zona. Per il momento ho chiesto solo un preventivo per una stufa a pellet e mi hanno saputo consigliare al meglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo tanto che l'ho già consigliata ad amici. Chiamo e mi prenotano per il 30 settembre. A metà settembre richiamo per ricordare l'appuntamento del 30 che mi confermano. Il 30 settembre alle 18 chiamo e... la persona incaricata mi dice che non ne sa niente!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chiedo di venir contattato dal titolare, lascio nuovamente il mio recapito e... stò ancora aspettando la chiamata! Grazie per la professionalità dimostrata.
