Ho sempre apprezzato la gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità di tutto il Vs. staff, con cui per molti anni ho avuto il piacere di interloquire per gli acquisti. Questa volta, tuttavia, vorrei estendere il mio ringraziamento a Michele, del reparto informatico, che ha risolto un problema per me insormontabile, riguardante l'installazione di un antivirus che aveva provocato lunghe attese d'aggiornamento e poi il blocco operativo. Infatti, dopo avermi dato dei suggerimenti con estrema cortesia e pazienza sull'operatività da compiere, ma che sono riuscito ad eseguire solo in minima parte, ritornato in negozio, mi ha suggerito di portargli il computer per poter, nei momenti liberi da clienti, approfondire il problema. Detto fatto, nel giro di pochi minuti, con grande competenza, ha trovato e rimosso le scorie di un vecchio antivirus rimasto silente per anni. Mi ha perciò restituito l'operatività del computer e la "tranquillità". Lo ringrazio sentitamente in questa sede, ancora una volta.
