★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La responsabile è stata molto gentile e disponibile preparando sottovuoto il formaggio che ho scelto e mi ha inoltre spiegato la ricetta "originale" per cucinare la cacio e pepe. I prezzi sono ottimi.
 The manager was very kind and helpful preparing the cheese I chose under vacuum and she also explained the "original" recipe for cooking the cacio e pepe. Prices are great.

That's exactly what we got! A woman that works here is very nice.
Recommend you to try "blu di buffalo".
The place is located at the market which may look weird and unattractive from the outside but the formaggeria and places near it are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go into the Latino mercato and search these lovely people out. I could get most of our shopping done in this market. The folks at La Formaggeria are so nice, offering suggestions for use of each cheese, and they give tidbits to taste. I had all my cheeses vac packed for the flight home tomorrow. So glad to have found them. Check this place out.
