★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono avvicinata allo yoga per problemi e dolori alla schiena, e ho avuto la fortuna di rivolgermi a Massimo, con cui mi sono trovata subito bene e a mio agio.
La lezione di yoga per me è una pausa dalla vita frenetica, un momento in cui riesco a fermare i pensieri e a dedicarmi solo a me stessa.
Consiglio di provare a praticare con lui, perché riesce a trasmettere con grande professionalità e fiducia tutti i benefici positivi che lo yoga ti sa regalare.
A volte devo lottare contro la pigrizia, ma posso assicurare che ne vale la pena perché a fine lezione ci si sente leggeri, sia fisicamente che mentalmente.
Lo consiglio vivamente!
I approached yoga for back problems and pains, and I was lucky enough to turn to Massimo, with whom I immediately found myself well and at ease.
The yoga class for me is a break from a busy life, a moment in which I can stop my thoughts and dedicate myself only to myself.
I recommend trying to practice with him, because he is able to convey all the positive benefits that yoga can give you with great professionalism and confidence.
Sometimes I have to fight laziness, but I can assure you that it is worth it because at the end of the lesson you feel light, both physically and mentally.
I highly recommend it!
