Ho iniziato per caso e da subito ho capito che non avrei più potuto farne a meno: insegnanti competenti e molto preparate sanno guidarti in quel percorso favoloso che è lo yoga. Lo consiglio caldamente! I have been practicing hata yoga in this center for 5 years. I started by chance and immediately realized that I couldn't do without it anymore: competent and highly trained teachers know how to guide you on that fabulous path that is yoga. I highly recommend it!

Il Centro è curatissimo, un'oasi tranquilla dove ricaricarsi tra i colori caldi dell'Oriente; gli insegnanti, qualificati, e sanno cosa sia l'empatia. Credo che invecchierò lì ;-) Top! I have been attending the Sadhana Yoga Center for several years, practicing all disciplines at alternating periods. The Center is well-kept, a peaceful oasis where you can recharge yourself in the warm colors of the East; teachers, qualified, and know what empathy is. I think I'll get older there ;-) Top!

Personalmente ho scelto la lezione del lunedì mattina e sono sincera quando dico che é il modo migliore per iniziare la settima. La serenità nella quale ci si immerge riesce a donarmi quella tranquillità di cui ho bisogno per affrontare le incombenze delle giornate successive. Lo consiglio di cuore a chi vuole coccolarsi un po'! I have been going to the center for several years and every time I practice it is like coming home. Personally I chose the Monday morning lesson and I am honest when I say that it is the best way to start the seventh. The serenity in which you immerse yourself manages to give me the tranquility I need to face the tasks of the following days. I heartily recommend it to those who want to pamper themselves a little!
