Avevo bisogno di una camera, ho telefonato sul numero posto sulla porta, mi è stato risposto tramite sms: "ti chiamo più tardi", ma non si è fatto ASSOLUTAMENTE sentire; pessimo modo di condurre un b&b! Attenzione verso il cliente, praticamente ZERO; mi sa tanto che è la classica persona che ha un "doppio lavoro", per cui fintantoche' sono occupato, il cliente aspetta. Questa almeno è stata la mia esperienza; e per la mia esperienza do' 1 stella per la mancanza di serietà. Bad management! I needed a room, I phoned the number on the door, I was answered by text message: "I'll call you later", but it was ABSOLUTELY not heard; bad way to conduct a b & b! Attention to the customer, practically ZERO; I know so much that it is the classic person who has a "double job", so as long as I am busy, the client waits. This at least was my experience; and in my experience I give 1 star for the lack of seriousness.

Le due finestre della stanza erano entrambe difettose e non si aprivano. La scaletta del letto a castello in bambù non era adeguata. Lenzuola rigorosamente sintetiche e cuscini scomodi. L'unica nota positiva il bagno confortevole. Three stars that are not full, the price, although limited, does not justify some disservice. The two windows of the room were both defective and did not open. The ladder of the bamboo bunk bed was not adequate. Strictly synthetic sheets and uncomfortable pillows. The only positive note is the comfortable bathroom.

Buona anche la convenzione con il Bar x la colazione, molto soddisfatti Nice place, very fashionable the round double bed and the jacuzzi in the room. Welcome with sparkling wine and chocolates, water in the room ... Good agreement with the Bar for breakfast, very satisfied

Suite con Jacuzzi mal curata nel frigo bar muffa, abbiamo leggermente spostato un tavolino per appoggiarci il computer e dietro c'era una salviettina usata, abbiamo anche trovato lo scontrino di chi l'aveva fittata una settimana prima non ci torneremo mai più Horrendous experience !! Suite with a badly maintained Jacuzzi in the minibar, moldy, we slightly moved a table to place the computer and there was a used towel behind it, we also found the receipt of those who had rented it a week before we will never go back

Posizione ottima per il centro storico (5 minuti a piedi). La colazione viene servita a un bar vicino al centro, di ottima qualità. Kind and caring welcome, we felt like inhabitants of Gravina. The rooms are almost all quite large and new in terms of furniture. Excellent location for the historic center (5 minutes walk). Breakfast is served at a bar near the center, of excellent quality.
