Anche le farine sono molto buone , infatti sono svariati anni che le utilizzo e preparo pizze (integrali , al farro , 7 cereali e al senatore cappelli ) , avendo un ottimo riscontro con i clienti. Che dire , i veri prodotti a km zero e sopratutto privi di sostanze chimiche !! Garantito !!! Una piccola azienda con lo scopo di curare nel dettaglio ogni singolo prodotto. Ho mandato diversi amici con intolleranze ai grani moderni e da quando si nutrono di grani antichi vivono meglio. Ho consigliato il loro prodotto a diverse pizzerie del mio paese perché avevo difficoltà a mangiare le farine moderne, quelle raffinate, artefatte, composte, piene di veleno ed anche loro sono soddisfatti del prodotto. E' il primo negozio a Gravina di prodotti biologici prodotti direttamente dalla loro azienda agricola come pasta, farina e legumi. Il vasto assortimento di prodotti vegan, senza lattosio, senza glutine e tanti altri prodotti come miele, zucchero di canna integrale e prodotti da frigo come fermenti lattici e marmellate senza zucchero sono un toccasana per la mia dieta. Posso essere soddisfatto di averli conosciuti perchè mi hanno guidato in questo percorso di benessere che fortunatamente ho riscontrato dopo un'attenta consulenza della mia nutrizionista. In particolare producono pasta da farine di grani antichi quali il "Senatore Cappelli" (grani di loro produzione); legumi quali lenticchie, cicerchie, ceci. Inoltre all'interno del punto vendita si trovano alimenti di altre aziende sempre biologiche (vasto assortimento). Consiglio a chi vuole mangiare sano e con la sicurezza al 100% di prodotti bio, di fare un salto in azienda oppure consultare il sito web da cui è possibile acquistare i loro prodotti. Ogni martedì e venerdì è possibile acquistare il pane fatto con le loro farine (integrale e non), che dire... eccezionale, come quello di una volta!! I loro prodotti sono altamente digeribili e mia suocera utilizza le loro farine per fare panzerotti, focacce e dolci e non riesce più a farne a meno. Non ho trovato di meglio: - Prodotto km0 - biologico dal 1993 - grani antichi al 100% - filosofia aziendale nata da esigenze mediche - vere farine integrali Tra l'altro se non ho tempo per andare al negozio riescono a spedire in tempi celeri. p	pierpianojazz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di visitare l'azienda Bioland ed è una realtà unica. Ha davvero tanto da raccontare, ci sono prodotti che hanno una storia e vanno raccontati. L'allergia ai pollini è stata superata eliminando dalla propria dieta il grano moderno, e tutto ciò, con grande soddisfazione, lo ha superato tutta la famiglia eliminando solo il grano moderno (nutrendosi di solo grano antico al 100%). C'è l'integrale macinato a pietra che contiene tutto quello che dovremmo inserire nella nostra dieta quotidiana per avere energia tutta la giornata. Mi è piaciuto molto il paragone della farina bianca che la considerano come "la paglia per il fuoco", mentre la farina integrale ne è "la legna per le nostre cellule". La dedizione attenta e minuziosa nel raccolto, nella pulizia, nella lavorazione e nel confezionamento dei prodotti è davvero notevole. I prodotti sono davvero eccezionali! Hanno un profumo che ricordano il passato e nonostante siamo del sud, avendone provate tante, loro meritano di essere un azienda di successo. The careful and meticulous dedication in the harvest, cleaning, processing and packaging of the products is truly remarkable. The products are truly exceptional! They have a scent that reminds us of the past and although we are from the south, having tried many, they deserve to be a successful company.

a	aci KO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella fase iniziale ho avuto qualche problema nel piazzare l'ordine con varie email senza riscontro, poi ho risolto contattando l'azienda tramite instagram. Una volta pagati i prodotti, ci sono voluti vari solleciti e ben 27 giorni per ricevere l'ordine (nonostante fosse tutto segnato come disponibile al momento dell'acquisto). Alcuni pacchetti sono arrivati aperti con cicerchie sparse negli scatoloni, i taralli (che erano un gradito omaggio) sono arrivati in frantumi. Gli altri prodotti sono arrivati integri perchè trattavasi di cereali in chicco e legumi secchi, se fosse stata pasta o altro non so se avrei avuto la stessa fortuna. In the initial phase I had some problems in placing the order with various emails without feedback, then I solved it by contacting the company via instagram. Once the products were paid for, it took several reminders and a good 27 days to receive the order (although everything was marked as available at the time of purchase). Some packages arrived open with cicerchie scattered in the boxes, the taralli (which were a welcome gift) arrived in pieces.
