A	Andrea Merlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio pensiero a seguito dell'esperienza trascorsa al ristorante è il seguente : ho percepito l'intento di diventare uno "stellato", purtroppo piccoli e grandi errori mi hanno fatto capire il perché la stella ancora non è meritata. Non starò quindi ad elencare gli errori che ho visto. Valuto l'esperienza di comunque positiva perché mi sono trovato bene. La quarta stella l'avrei data solo se qualche portata mi fosse stata particolarmente impressa, purtroppo così non è stato. La quinta stella è LA STELLA per la quale dovrete lavorare per ottenerla. Ps parlo di stella perché ritengo che sia alla Vs portata. In bocca al lupo. My thoughts following the experience spent at the restaurant are the following: I perceived the intent to become a "star", unfortunately small and big mistakes made me understand why the star is not yet deserved. So I'm not going to list the errors I've seen. I rate the experience as positive anyway because I found myself well. I would have given the fourth star only if some course had been particularly impressed on me, unfortunately this was not the case. The fifth star is THE STAR for which you will have to work to get it. Ps I speak of a star because I believe it is within your reach. Good luck.

Diciamo che i prezzi sono paragonati a quello che ti presentano davanti. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, moderno e tutto in legno, veramente piacevole! Very positive experience! Very kind and nice waiters! Spectacular food, to taste the beef cheek which is very tender! Let's say that the prices are compared to what they present in front of you. Warm and welcoming, modern and all wood, really pleasant!
J	Jean-Claude Etter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, decoration is superb, with large windows offering view on the mountains and forest, nice lighting, stone walls and wooden frames. Reminded me of the Chedi in Andermatt. Service and presentation are styled and of excellent caliber, so was the presentation of our dishes. Prices are very reasonable for the category, we paid 150€ for two 3 courses meals and 1 glass of (excellent) wine each. Ingredients were of very high quality. My only criticism would be the relative absence of flavour, and the parking situation which can become problematic. Otherwise a highly recommensable address im Cortina.

I am willing to spend a lot on food, but unfortunately the quality didn't match the price. The flavour wasn't particularly special in a way you couldn't replicate at home. Although I don't mind small dishes (e.g. 5 bites of lamb, lots of bone - €28, tiny amount of tagliatella - €30), the flavour did not compensate for this in a way many Michelin restaurants can. This restaurant should either lower its price or improve the food's quality with appropriate sizing.

The waitstaff is highly trained, highly attentive, and determined to make you have an exceptional meal. I appreciated that they chilled my white wine in ice at my table, and I also appreciated the various complementary bites that were sprinkled in with the meal (like a charcoal gnocchi taster to start, an artisan bread basket, and a sweets board to wrap things up). I appreciated that the portions were on the smaller side, making this one of the few restaurants I've eaten in where you could actually eat both a primi and secondi in one sitting. All around a great experience.
