★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cenato in questo incantevole posto una sera di giovedì, ed'è stato magico notare la pulizia e l'ordine della Location.
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere curati dallo chef Alessio Sorce, che ha proposto il menu degustazione.
Qui abbiamo riscoperto dei nuovi sapori che non conoscevamo e abbiamo sentito l'Arte di un vero Chef.
Ottima l'idea di fare conoscere lo champagne, il migliore nella zona per Cucina, Location, Professionalità.
 We had dinner in this charming place on a Thursday evening, and it was magical to notice the cleanliness and order of the Location.
We were lucky enough to be looked after by chef Alessio Sorce, who proposed the tasting menu.
Here we rediscovered new flavors that we did not know and we felt the art of a real Chef.
Excellent idea of making champagne known, the best in the area for Cuisine, Location, Professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo Avere frequentato svariati ristoranti stellati come il Jules Verne,la mere Brazier le Figuier o la Palme d'Or sono andato alla Comanderie ed arrivando ho trovato la location Splendida degna dei più grandi ristoranti stellati così come la calorosa accoglienza della proprietaria e dei figli sempre sorridenti e attenti a fare sentire gli ospiti a suo agio.
Poi che dire quando arriva il grande GRANDISSIMO mago della cucina che con il suo talento innato ti decanta i favolosi piatti da lui creati con materie prime e bio.
Alla sola descrizione incominci a salivare e quando finalmente lo assapori è un trionfo per le papille gustative per l'eccellenza dei sapori da lui creati degno dei più grandi ristoranti stellati.
Il tutto magistralmente accompagnato da un ottimo champagne ??? sempre consigliato dal grande chef.
Un grande grazie per avermi regalato momenti favolosi con la tua super eccellente cucina ricercatissima.

After having frequented several starred restaurants such as Jules Verne, the mere Brazier le Figuier or the Palme d'Or I went to the Comanderie and arriving I found the splendid location worthy of the greatest starred restaurants as well as the warm welcome of the owner and the children always smiling and attentive to make guests feel at ease.
Then what to say when the great VERY GREAT wizard of the kitchen arrives who with his innate talent praises the fabulous dishes he created with raw and organic materials.
At the mere description you begin to salivate and when you finally taste it it is a triumph for the taste buds for the excellence of the flavors he created worthy of the greatest starred restaurants.
All masterfully accompanied by an excellent champagne is always recommended by the great chef.
A big thank you for giving me fabulous moments with your super excellent sought-after cuisine.

Abbiamo ricevuto un'attenta accoglienza alle norme "Green pass" e abbiamo iniziato la cena.
Un giovane e talentuoso Chef di nome Alessio Sorce si è presentato con una semplicità spiazzante esordendo: benvenuti cari signori, questa è la mia fantasia e i miei viaggi.
Abbiamo cenato con un Vitello tonnato in un osso e una crema sublime, Scampi di l'una piena, acqua di mare, pasta come ravioli e brasato che era come burro.
Sono rimasto completamente affascinato dalla giovane età ma carattere e carisma elegante che sa dimostrare.
Stellati ne ho girati e parecchi ma qui c'è un fondo in più e un approccio differente, che sia fantasia tecnica o tenacia non saprei, ma qui è un'altra idea di lavoro un'idea spiazzante e avvolgente.
OTTIMA la figura del giovane ragazzo in sala bene educato e appoggio costante del carismatico luminare chef.

A young and talented Chef named Alessio Sorce presented himself with a surprising simplicity starting: welcome dear gentlemen, this is my fantasy and my travels.
We dined with a Vitello tonnato in a bone and a sublime cream, Scampi di l'una full, sea water, pasta like ravioli and braised meat which was like butter.
I was completely fascinated by the young age but elegant character and charisma that he knows how to demonstrate.
Stellati I have shot and many but here there is an extra background and a different approach, whether it is technical imagination or tenacity I don't know, but here is another work idea a surprising and enveloping idea.
EXCELLENT figure of the young boy in the well-educated room and constant support of the charismatic luminary chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo posto curato nei minimi particolari e pulitissimo! Il giardino e la piscina sono mozzafiato e dentro non è da meno, è molto rilassante ed accogliente e il personale è veramente educato, un ottimo supporto per quello che è il livello della cucina e dei vini.
Di sicuro è un locale che si distingue dagli altri per la cucina. Non ho mai mangiato qualcosa di simile in vita mia. Lo Chef Alessio Sorce è proprio il Jolly, l'anima del ristorante. Ha spiegato ogni piatto nei dettagli e abbiamo imparato molte cose nuove come la cucina "molecolare". È fantastico come ogni piatto viene presentato in modi diversi usando anche pietre e ossi e specchi e conchiglie, pazzesco, sono rimasta spiazzata. Ma la cosa che ti coinvolge di più è il sapore, sono rimasta letteralmente a bocca aperta. Non mi aspettavo dei sapori così, e non so nemmeno come spiegarli. Bisogna solo provare e fidatevi è un esperienza di degustazione unica. Lo Chef ci ha consigliato anche un vino che si sposava benissimo con il menù.
Un'esperienza che contraddistingue il territorio e quella che è la cucina cucina in Calabria.
Beautiful place with attention to detail and very clean! The garden and the swimming pool are breathtaking and inside it is not far behind, it is very relaxing and welcoming and the staff is really polite, an excellent support for what is the level of the cuisine and the wines.
It is certainly a place that stands out from the others for its cuisine. I have never eaten something like this in my life. Chef Alessio Sorce is the Jolly, the soul of the restaurant. He explained each dish in detail and we learned many new things such as "molecular" cuisine. It's great how each dish is presented in different ways using also stones and bones and mirrors and shells, crazy, I was blown away. But the thing that involves you the most is the flavor, I was literally speechless. I wasn't expecting flavors like that, and I don't even know how to explain them. You just have to try and trust it is a unique tasting experience. The Chef also recommended a wine that went very well with the menu.
An experience that distinguishes the territory and what is the cuisine cooking in Calabria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguo Chef Alessio Sorce da un bel pò di tempo e incuriosito dalla sua particolare cucina io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto 2 ore e mezzo di viaggio per degustare i suoi piatti raffinati!!!! È un posto bellissimo e il personale è gentilissimo e attento ai dettagli. Ci hanno fatti accomodare in un giardino con piscina meravigliosa. È un posto veramente Charme con un tovagliato elegante e romantico. Il top è sicuramente la figura dello Chef una persona carismatica che entra in sala e con maestria e semplicità spiega i piatti che sono dei veri e propri capolavori, ha una notevole preparazione anche sullo Champagne che è proprio la ciliagina sulla torta per una cucina di standard così elevati. 5 stelle meritate e anche le ore del viaggio ritorneremo sicuramente.
I have been following Chef Alessio Sorce for quite some time and intrigued by his particular cuisine, my wife and I made a 2 and a half hour trip to taste his refined dishes !!!! It is a beautiful place and the staff are very kind and attentive to details. They made us sit in a garden with a wonderful swimming pool. It is a truly charming place with an elegant and romantic tablecloth. The top is certainly the figure of the Chef, a charismatic person who enters the room and with skill and simplicity explains the dishes that are real masterpieces, he also has a remarkable preparation on Champagne which is precisely the icing on the cake for a standard cuisine so high. 5 stars deserved and also the hours of the trip we will definitely return.
