★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria d'asporto???? Mah! Arrivati alle 8:47...dentro poca gente, siamo entrati per provare una pizza da asporto...e gentilmente la.signora ci ha detto no...a posto così grazie!
Vedendo ora le recensioni di un mese fa circa...come risposta danno sempre la stessa un copia incolla..scuse per il disagio, appena riaperto...ecc. peccato così se avete riaperto non fate altro che ri- chiudere e perdere possibili clienti

Seeing now the reviews of about a month ago ... as an answer they always give the same one a copy and paste .. sorry for the inconvenience, just reopened ... etc. it's a pity so if you have reopened, all you have to do is close and lose possible customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato in due famiglie in questo ristorante proprio questa sera; tempo di attesa esageratamente lungo tra l'antipasto e la pizza, perché il personale era troppo impegnato a fare solamente le pizze a portar via. Per consumare l'antipasto non ci hanno portato manco un piattino, abbiamo dovuto mangiare su un fazzoletto di carta. I supplì erano mischiati, abbiamo dovuto spaccarli per vedere di chi fosse tra i vari gusti che avevamo scelto. Si sono anche dimenticati dei pezzi. L'attesa della pizza, come accennavo, è stata eccessiva. Quando abbiamo fatto notare al proprietario che stavamo attendendo da tanto e che loro stavano solamente sfornando pizze da portar via, la signora anziana ci ha detto che non era vero, che facevano una pizza a portar via e una pizza al tavolo. Punti di vista... noi non abbiamo visto la pizza se non dopo esserci lamentati per gli oltre 40 minuti di attesa. Che dire, comunque: personale assente, lento, scorbutico e irrispettoso nei confronti dei clienti, signora anziana maleducata e ottusa. Capisco che ci possano essere dei ritardi per eccessivo lavoro, ma almeno potevano scusarsi per questo, avremmo capito: può capitare! Invece hanno continuato a negare. Siamo usciti ringraziando e salutando, neanche ci hanno guardato in faccia... okkkk.
Two families ate at this restaurant this very evening; exaggeratedly long waiting time between the appetizer and the pizza, because the staff was too busy making just the pizzas to take away. To consume the appetizer they didn't even bring us a saucer, we had to eat on a paper handkerchief. The supplì were mixed, we had to split them to see who it was among the various flavors we had chosen. They also forgot about the pieces. The wait for the pizza, as I mentioned, was excessive. When we pointed out to the owner that we had been waiting for a long time and that they were only baking pizzas to take away, the elderly lady told us that it was not true, that they were making a pizza to take away and a pizza to the table. Points of view ... we didn't see the pizza until after complaining about the 40+ minute wait. What to say, however: absent staff, slow, grumpy and disrespectful towards customers, rude and obtuse elderly lady. I understand that there may be delays due to excessive work, but at least they could apologize for this, we would have understood: it can happen! Instead they continued to deny. We went out thanking and saying goodbye, they didn't even look us in the face ... okkkk.

Leggera e fragrante (nonostante le notevoli dimensioni!!!) altamente digeribile. Tanti nuovi gusti, solo ingredienti di qualità.
Nuovissimo e accogliente il locale, con la consueta cortesia ed esperienza della conduzione familiare.
The Ladybug pizza is always a guarantee!
Light and fragrant (despite the considerable size !!!) highly digestible. Many new flavors, only quality ingredients.
The restaurant is brand new and welcoming, with the usual courtesy and experience of family management.

Great choice of starters and the pizzas are yummy! There is a huge variety, for all tastes! Thin, crunchy and very big! We often also take it to take away because it really deserves it! All very nice and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nuovo locale é bellissimo e accogliente, la qualità della pizza é rimasta ottima e il prezzo é bassissimo. Di sicuro é la miglior pizza tonda che puoi mangiare a Palestrina.
Consigliatissimo.
Se volete andare a mangiare la pizza nel weekend vi consiglio di prenotare il giorno prima altrimenti non trovere posto.
The new place is beautiful and welcoming, the quality of the pizza has remained excellent and the price is very low. It is certainly the best round pizza you can eat in Palestrina.
Highly recommended.
If you want to go for pizza on the weekend I recommend you book the day before otherwise you won't find a place.

Arriviamo di giovedì sera alle 20.10, locale vuoto... Ci accoglie una signora , ci chiede se abbiamo prenotato ( eravamo due) alla risposta negativa, ci risponde come se fosse ovvio, che se non si prenota con giorni di anticipo non si trova posto. Pensavo di stare in pizzeria non ad un ristorante per matrimoni.
A parte l incapacità di trovare un tavolo per due in locale vuoto, nonostante sia tutto prenotato.. complimenti per la capacità di perdere clienti storici.

We arrive on Thursday evening at 20.10, empty room ... A lady welcomes us, asks us if we have booked (we were two) to the negative answer, she replies as if it were obvious, that if you do not book days in advance you will not find room . I thought I was staying in a pizzeria not a wedding restaurant.
Apart from the inability to find a table for two in an empty room, despite being fully booked .. congratulations for the ability to lose historical customers.
