★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La risposta dell'azienda dice che il 28 aprile ha chiamato. Io non ho ricevuto nulla e il mio inquilino occupante dell'appartamento a quanto pare neppure. Poi dice che non c'era urgenza parlando di fermavento: ottimo peccato che si parlava di gancio e non di fermavento e il gancio era urgente ed è tuttora urgente (ci sono anche le foto). In ogni caso va bene così: abbiamo risolto diversamente.
