Excellent cuisine and very kind staff. I felt at home. Smells and flavors that took me back in time. Today a ragù just like that of the mother. Highly recommended. P.s. the fettuccine in the photo are HALF portion ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevolmente colpito dalla struttura quasi 'alpina', dal panorama e dalla gentilezza del proprietario sempre disponibile. Situato a pochi chilometri da Viterbo in un'area di servizio, appunto sulla Strada Cimina che porta a Roma , è perfettamente sfruttabile per evadere dall'aria cittadina, gustarsi il panorama in silenzio e con calma mentre si fa colazione e perchè no un aperitivo al tramonto.
Da provare e consogliare!!
Pleasantly impressed by the almost 'alpine' structure, by the panorama and by the kindness of the owner who is always available. Located a few kilometers from Viterbo in a service area, precisely on the Strada Cimina that leads to Rome, it is perfectly usable to escape from the city air, enjoy the view in silence and calmly while having breakfast and why not an aperitif at the sunset.
To try and consolate !!

When I can, I always drop by to eat their carbonara and yesterday, despite not having it on the menu of the day, in response to my request they were kind enough to prepare it anyway. Thanks guys ?
