Avevo poco da riparare, giusto una drizzata alla ruota e due fesserie. Ma il locale si è comunque contraddistinto, in primis per la professionalità e la disponibilità.
A seguire competenza e customer care, instillando fiducia e sicurezza nel cliente.
Infine, altrettanto importante, l'onestà. Prezzi così accessibili e onesti è raro trovarli a Milano.
La consiglierei a chiunque e ci tornerò sicuramente.

A rarity to find such impeccable service.
I had little to repair, just a straight line on the wheel and two nonsense. But the restaurant still stood out, first of all for its professionalism and availability.
This is followed by competence and customer care, instilling trust and security in the customer.
Finally, equally important, honesty. Such affordable and honest prices are rare to find in Milan.
I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely be back.

I ragazzi sono stati di una gentilezza incredibile e quando ho detto loro che abitavo molto lontano dalla zona mi hanno rimesso a posto la bici in poco tempo, nonostante avessero anche altro da fare e la mia fosse una bici elettrica con una ruota abbastanza complicata da smontare.
Ragazzi gentili, umili, onesti e di un'umanità eccezionale, prezzi bassi rispetto ad altri negozi e servizio impeccabile. Se avrò necessità di riparare la bici in futuro, anche se dovrò attraversare Milano, la porterò da loro. Non si può non apprezzare queste eccellenti persone.
I had a bicycle tube burst a few hundred meters from this shop.
The guys were incredibly kind and when I told them I lived very far from the area they put my bike back in place in no time, even though they also had other things to do and mine was an electric bike with a fairly complicated wheel to take apart. .
Kind, humble, honest guys with an exceptional humanity, low prices compared to other shops and impeccable service. If I need to repair the bike in the future, even if I have to go through Milan, I will take it to them. One cannot but appreciate these excellent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho notato questo negozio di riparazione e vendita di biciclette un giorno che , passando, mi è capitato di vedere un ragazzino che chiedeva se gli potevano gonfiare il pallone: subito gliel’hanno gonfiato e non gli hanno chiesto niente. Una normale gentilezza, forse. Ma la gentilezza non è poi così normale nelle bicicletterie di Milano, dove prevale la fretta del business in questo periodo in cui la domanda di bici, accessori e servizi è scoppiata. Dunque quando ho pensato di dare una sistemata alla mia vecchia bici abbandonata da qualche anno gliel’ho portata. E ho verificato che i due ragazzi che lo animano hanno creato una piccola officina ben equipaggiata, hanno avviato una propria produzione di robuste biciclette e forniscono assistenza su quelle degli altri. Con molta cortesia, efficienza e professionalità. Si vede subito che mettono entusiasmo e attenzione nel lavoro che fanno. Davvero una iniziativa da incoraggiare, ce ne vorrebbero tante così nella nostra città.

But kindness is not so normal in Milan's bicycle shops, where the rush of business prevails in this period in which the demand for bikes, accessories and services has exploded. So when I thought about fixing my old abandoned bike for a few years, I brought it to him. And I have verified that the two guys who run it have created a small well-equipped workshop, have started their own production of sturdy bicycles and provide assistance on those of others. With great courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. You can immediately see that they put enthusiasm and attention into the work they do. Really an initiative to be encouraged, it would take so many in our city.
