Cool place for lunch. I joined my local colleagues today. The service was fast and friendly. All dishes looked nice and judging by the faces of my colleagues they must have tasted great. I went for pizza and i can give a 9 out of 10. The centre part was too soft for my taste. I prefer to have even crispiness from the centre to the end.

Friendly staff but maybe not such a cozy place. I ordered saffron risotto but was a bit disappointed that it didn't taste as much as I had expected. I will return and try some of the sea food. I didnt want to try that when I was here since I had the Marathon the following Day.

We have tried several restaurants in Milan but Il Piccolo Principe is by far the best one. Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Foccachia, everything glutenfree and bombastic tasty, much more than recommendable;) go and see for tourself, Br Juraj

Magnificent, my faith in Italian cooking has been restored If anybody is bothered to read my reviews you will know l have been disappointed on visits to Italy where they seem to be off their game This restaurant is surrounded by residential property 7 stops out from the duomo on the metro It looks family run and it has single handedly proven to me what I used to believe - Italian food is angst the best I the world Arrived at opening time and managed to get a table, a little over an hour later as we left they were queuing to get a table. I have little doubt that we were the only non Italian people in the place which says a lot The starters sound boring - prawn cocktail and mussel soup - wrong! The prawns were amazing and the Italian take on Marie rose sauce makes the original taste weak an uninteresting Then there is the soup. Where l come from in Cornwall in the UK there are many restaurants who pride themselves on their seafood cooking and they are indeed very good - some of the best moules mariniere is to be had there. Forget that approach. Think tomatoes, garlic, herbs and a hint of chilli. Think quality of cooking the equal if not better than any of the 4 continents l have yhus far dined upon. Then add a portion that would be a main course in the UK and cost 4 times the price. Best mussels l have ever tasted. Bellisimo I should add between courses that everybody was so friendly - not just the staff who were superb - but the other customers who made a point of speaking to us and wishes us goodnight For main course my partner chose turbot and accepted the suggestion of the waiter to ignore the menu and have it cooked with potatoes, mushrooms and cream. It wasn't on the menu but it was amazing. There were two large turbot fillets and mountain of veg and mushrooms. Words escape me I opted for the "cut" uruguayan steak with rosemary and green peppercorns and l am so glad I did When l ordered it l had expected the soup to be just that rather than majestic dish that arrived so l innocently added saute potatoes and spinach in garlic to the order You'll see from the pictures that the steak was not only pretty big it truly melted in the mouth, it was like cutting potatoes and l wasn't using a steak knife. One of the best steaks l have tasted? There have been many great contenders and this steak was sublime but what really caught my attention was the cut method which gave very even cooking so l will experiment with it myself The meal was topped off by a really good chianti that cost less in this wonderful restaurant than it would in a uk supermarket I cannot recommend this place highly enough - so much so we are already planning another break taking in Milan and Rome - partly so we can continue to explore but also so we can eat here again Thank you to all the staff who made the meal so great

I've been here quite a few times and with different people, for different occasions. I'm going to write a general review instead of a single meal related one. Service: 3/5. The waiters are really nice and polite, but the service is sometimes really slow! Food: 4/5. The pizzas (even the gluten-free ones!) are really tasty, the dough is well cooked. Other types of dishes are good as well, the fish is fresh and the pasta is generally a bit al dente. This place has really big portions though, so keep that in mind! Location: 3/5. The place is nice enough, there isn't much to say about it. Menu: 5/5. The menu is absolutely fantastic, you can choose from a wide variety of dishes and almost all of them can be cooked gluten-free! They also have a few desserts, I particularly suggest the tiramisù and the torta squisitosa! Price: 5/5. The prices are a bit lower than what I expected considering the portions are quite big and the quality is good.

We popped in on a Saturday evening. The pizza was superb, the staff and the owner were super helpful and friendly. It was an overall great experience, I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you're ever in Milan. Thank you from Hungary! :)

The best place in Milano. The prices are low. All ingredients are fresh. The boss is a incredibly positive person. He is adding an additional value.
