Ho sempre desiderato poter mangiare delle brioche integrali senza ingredienti pesanti e finalmente ho trovato il posto che le fa e anche buonissime e con il mio amato TUPPO!!. Ma non solo queste ma tutti i prodotti dal pane ai biscotti. Felicissima di avervi trovato. Continuate così e perfezionatevi aggiungendo alle confezioni oltre gli ingredienti anche i valori medi dei macronutrienti degli alimenti e veramente per me siete i migliori!!! ??????. I've always wanted to be able to eat wholemeal croissants without heavy ingredients and finally I found the place that makes them and also delicious and with my beloved TUPPO !!. But not only these but all products from bread to biscuits. Delighted to have found you. Keep it up and improve by adding the average values of the macronutrients of the foods to the packages as well as the ingredients and really for me you are the best !!! ??????.

Consiglio a vegani e intolleranti di fare un salto, qui abbiamo fatto veramente delle ottime colazioni, infatti è anche possibile consumare sul posto. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Personalmente consiglio i cornetti alla crema e la crostata al gelo d'anguria. Unica pecca l'utilizzo di troppi prodotti in plastica monouso, scelta poco eco sostenibile. Excellent baked goods, typical Palermo products, from sweet to savory and, very importantly, it has most vegan sweet products (very good). v	virna marchese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questo posto grazie a Prezzemolo&Vitale, il quale vende alcuni prodotti de l’antica forneria Porzio, uno fra tutti, il meraviglioso pane bio con Il grano antico di Timilia; oggi invece ho avuto il tempo ed il piacere di recarmi presso la loro sede in Via Val di Mazara. Una volta all’interno, si viene accolti ed avvolti da profumo inebriante; qualità e cura delle materie prime, prodotti dolci e salati appena sfornati capaci di accontentare ogni palato o esigenza alimentare. Persone gentili, innamorate ed orgogliose di ciò che fanno, la cui passione traspare anche da un viso quasi interamente coperto dalla mascherina. Una realtà quella di Porzio capace di sapere unire e bilanciare tradizione, ricerca ed innovazione, mettendo sempre davanti qualità ed esigenze del cliente. Complimenti, davvero. I got to know this place thanks to Prezzemolo & Vitale, who sells some products of the ancient Porzio bakery, one of them, the wonderful organic bread with ancient Timilia wheat; today, on the other hand, I had the time and the pleasure to go to their headquarters in Via Val di Mazara. Once inside, you are welcomed and enveloped in an intoxicating scent; quality and care of raw materials, freshly baked sweet and savory products capable of satisfying every palate or food need. Kind people, in love and proud of what they do, whose passion also shines through on a face almost entirely covered by the mask. A reality that of Porzio capable of knowing how to combine and balance tradition, research and innovation, always putting quality and customer needs in front of it. Sincere congratulations.
