Mi spiego 1 anno fa ho acquistato degli umidificatori in ceramica, non ho controllato se erano integri, appena arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che uno era rotto, ho immediatamente telefonato in negozio, avvisando che il giorno seguente sarei andata a far vedere il pezzo rotto...beh, hanno avuto il coraggio di dirmi che potevo averlo rotto io... non c,era un pezzo scheggiato, era evidente che era crepato nella scatola....se ci torno ? Ma neppure per signo...ci sono altri negozi a Carpi che vendono casalinghi e sono allo stesso loro livello...e io vado da loro!!! È come avere un personal shopper incluso nel prezzo e questo è soprattutto utile per un uomo come me che non sa mai bene che cosa scegliere quando si tratta di fare dei regali di questo tipo. When my wife or I shop in shops like this we go out happy to have maybe spent a couple of euros more but knowing that we have been treated well, with excellent advice and a very expert and tasteful customer service, which starts with the selection of items for sale. It's like having a personal shopper included in the price and this is especially useful for a man like me who never knows what to choose when it comes to giving gifts of this type. Very nice owner.

Sometimes if you are looking to buy something you use every day, you might as well pay a lil extra to have a good quality product. I bought a new moka coffee maker and few other things and I have to say I'm really happy as the staff was extremely nice, super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop. You won't go wrong! ?
