Inoltre dopo averlo chiamato al telefono per ribadire le mie lamentele mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Bad seller, he sends me a non-working product and on return he refunds only half of the amount paid, asserting that the product had already been used (which is absolutely not true, the product arrived in the evening and returned the following morning. Also after calling him on the phone to reiterate my complaints he closed the phone in my face.

Non solo non si sono curati di risolverci il problema, ma non si sono neanche preoccupati di comunicarci con chiarezza come intendevano rimborsarci …. Ho fatto l’acquisto con Splittpay…. Ho risolto io il problema personalmente!!! Completamente incompetenti nella gestione delle problematiche e zero cura del cliente !!! Bad !!! Absolutely bad experience !! They sent us a damaged item that we should have given away by that date! Not only did they not bother to solve the problem, but they didn't even bother to clearly tell us how they intended to reimburse us…. I made the purchase with Splittpay .... I solved the problem myself !!! Completely incompetent in handling issues and zero customer care !!!

Allegria, Leggerezza, Simpatia e tanto, ma tanto calore: sono questi gli ingredienti di un negozio che da più di 40 anni a Carpi entra nelle case dei sui cittadini con il cuore e ora, con l'e-commerce e il sito web, tutti quanti potranno averne un po'. No avevandone più altri hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto il rimborso. Nonostante i solleciti a distanza di un mese sto ancora aspettando. In pratica la Sig.ra Angela ed il Sig. Roberto si sono rimpallati la palla senza concludere niente. Assolutamente inaffidabili! I ordered a sugar bowl. The item arrived broken and therefore asked for a replacement. No, having more others said they would refund me. Despite the reminders one month later, I'm still waiting. In practice, Mrs. Angela and Mr. Roberto have rebounded the ball without concluding anything. Absolutely unreliable!
