E' completo di tutto, non manca davvero niente (c'è l'angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, la lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro). Tutto nuovo e molto pulito. Ampi gli ambienti a disposizione. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato e dotato di WiFi. Posto auto privato e chiuso. Gentilissima e simpaticissima la proprietaria, Angela. Molto brava nel consigliarci i posti da visitare e dei locali tipici dove consumare i pasti. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica a meno di 2 km dalla spiaggia di fontane bianche e ad un passo dal casello autostradale. Tale vicinanza all'autostrada consente di raggiungere rapidamente le belle località limitrofe. Eccellente soluzione alloggiativa, lo consiglio a tutti. Large apartment recently and completely renovated. It is complete with everything, nothing is really missing (there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board). All new and very clean. Large rooms available. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped with WiFi. Private and closed parking space. The owner, Angela, is very kind and very nice. Very good at recommending places to visit and typical places to eat. The apartment is located in a strategic position less than 2 km from the beach of white fountains and a step away from the motorway exit. This proximity to the motorway allows you to quickly reach the beautiful neighboring towns. Excellent accommodation solution, I recommend it to everyone.

Dotato di tutti i comfort di cui uno ha bisogno....cucina, forno, frigo, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, wi fi, tv, stendibiancheria, materiale per la pulizia della casa, posto auto privato, allarme. Appartamento consigliato a famiglie con bambini. A noi hanno messo a disposizione anche un seggiolone e il lettino dove poter far dormire nostra figlia di 18 mesi. La proprietaria soprattutto è una persona fantastica, riesce a farti sentire come a casa tua e cerca sempre di soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente. La posizione è strategica vicino al casello autostradale e con tutte le bellissime spiagge con bellissimi paesi da visitare a pochi km. Grazie signora Angela di tutto. New and beautifully renovated apartment. Equipped with all the comforts one needs .... kitchen, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, wi fi, TV, drying rack, material for cleaning the house, private parking space, alarm. Apartment recommended for families with children. We have also made available a high chair and a cot where our 18 month old daughter can sleep. The owner is above all a fantastic person, she manages to make you feel at home and she always tries to satisfy all the customer's needs. The location is strategic near the motorway exit and with all the beautiful beaches with beautiful villages to visit just a few kilometers away. Thanks Angela for everything.

Non manca nulla , dotato di tutti confort, tutto ben sistemato e molto pulito. Angela è una persona stupenda , sempre pronta e disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è strategica , perchè in pochi minuti si raggiungono città spiagge e riserve naturali stupende. Lo consiglio a chiunque. N	Nicoletta Pesce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Casa di Bice ha diversi punti di forza: 1) La POSIZIONE è assolutamente strategica per raggiungere meravigliose spiagge come Fontane Bianche, Riserva di Vendicari, San Lorenzo, e città incantevoli come Siracusa, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Marzamemi, Scicli, Modica, Avola, Ragusa e Ragusa Ibla. 2) L'APPARTAMENTO è nuovissimo, pulito, spazioso, accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario, c'è l'aria condizionata, il parcheggio privato con cancello e tutto è rifinito nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre sono raggiungibili a piedi il supermercato, il fruttivendolo e il bar pasticceria che fa cannoli eccezionali. La migliore crema di ricotta di tutta la vacanza! 3) ANGELA! Con la sua grinta e con la tipica accoglienza siciliana ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per visitare la zona ed è sempre stata a disposizione. Tornerò sicuramente in quella zona perché il tempo non è mai abbastanza per tutte le meraviglie che ci sono da vedere e da assaporare in Sicilia e di certo tornerò alla Casa di Bice perché mi ha soddisfatta pienamente e perché Angela ha la capacità di farti sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo! Also within walking distance are the supermarket, the greengrocer and the pastry bar that makes exceptional cannoli. The best ricotta cream of the whole holiday! 3) ANGELA! With her determination and with the typical Sicilian welcome she gave us all the information to visit the area and has always been available.
