★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla è lasciato al caso in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante.
Quattro appartamenti arredati con gusto e con tutti i comfort, all'interno di uno stupendo giardino lussureggiante, con una bellissima piscina attrezzata.
Direi Favoloso.
I proprietari, Rosvanna e Giovanni sono super ospitali ti fanno sentire a casa, simpatici, cordiali, gentili, cosa dire due belle persone.
La colazione a buffet è ricca e varia dal salato al dolce con frutta e altre bontà, il cappuccio di Rosvanna è eccezionale.
La posizione è tranquilla ma strategica, a 5 minuti il bel mare di Fontane Bianche, a un quarto d'ora Siracusa, Avola, Noto, e molte belle spiagge sono raggiungibili in meno di un ora.
Do 5 stelle ma potrebbero essere anche 6.

Four apartments furnished with taste and with all comforts, inside a wonderful luxuriant garden, with a beautiful equipped swimming pool.
I would say Fabulous.
The owners, Rosvanna and Giovanni are super hospitable they make you feel at home, nice, friendly, kind, what to say two beautiful people.
The breakfast buffet is rich and varies from salty to sweet with fruit and other goodies, Rosvanna's cappuccino is exceptional.
The location is quiet but strategic, 5 minutes from the beautiful sea of Fontane Bianche, a quarter of an hour Syracuse, Avola, Noto, and many beautiful beaches can be reached in less than an hour.
I give 5 stars but it could also be 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinque stelle non bastano. Splendido resort con quattro appartamenti e una magnifica piscina circondata da ulivi e alberi secolari sotto i quali riposarsi al fresco. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere in 5 minuti di macchina la spiaggia di Fontane Bianche (una delle più belle del litorale) o in una ventina di minuti Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi (c’è solo l’imbarazzo della scelta). Giovanni e Rosvanna, i proprietari, sono due persone straordinarie che hanno lavorato instancabilmente per rendere memorabile la nostra permanenza. Bravissimi!!! ci siamo affezionati a voi e al vostro magnifico angolo di paradiso. Speriamo di tornare presto.
Five stars are not enough. Splendid resort with four apartments and a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and ancient trees under which to rest in the cool. The location is strategic to reach the beach of Fontane Bianche in 5 minutes by car (one of the most beautiful on the coast) or in about twenty minutes Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi (you are spoiled for choice). Giovanni and Rosvanna, the owners, are two extraordinary people who worked tirelessly to make our stay memorable. Very good !!! we are fond of you and your magnificent corner of paradise. We hope to return soon.

Il verde meraviglioso ti circonda con fiori colorati e alberi rigogliosi, i sapori e profumi di questa terra ti accolgono al mattino con una colazione ricca e varia dove tutti i prodotti sono freschissimi e preparati con cura. Rosvanna e Giovanni ti danno il loro buongiorno in un modo in cui la giornata dovrà per forza andare a meraviglia,ti fanno sentire a casa tua, ti viziano con le loro prelibatezze. Le battute di Giovanni sono esilaranti e spontanee e Rosvanna cura alla perfezione tutto per offrire il massimo alla propria clientela..hanno una generosità innata che solo i Siciliani posseggono. La piscina è grande e ben tenuta e,per chi vuole rilassarsi all ombra, ci sono alberi rigogliosissimi che ti attendono per darti refrigerio dalla calura estiva, e una cava adiacente molto bella. Dalle Cave puoi raggiungere facilmente i luoghi più incantevoli di quella parte di Sicilia: Siracusa, Noto, Avola, Modica, Marzamemi ecc.Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi, dotati di tutto..sono anche esteticamente molto gradevoli in quanto vi è un tocco di design che è un valore aggiunto. Anche se alla fine il valore aggiunto sono proprio loro: Giovanni e Rosvanna. Per me e la mia famiglia sono stati giorni indimenticabili. Grazie amici e ...Le cave forever al top!
At the quarries of white fountains there is all of Sicily! The wonderful greenery surrounds you with colorful flowers and lush trees, the flavors and aromas of this land welcome you in the morning with a rich and varied breakfast where all the products are fresh and carefully prepared. Rosvanna and Giovanni give you their good morning in a way in which the day must necessarily go perfectly, they make you feel at home, they spoil you with their delicacies. Giovanni's jokes are hilarious and spontaneous and Rosvanna takes care of everything to perfection to offer the best to her customers .. they have an innate generosity that only Sicilians possess. The pool is large and well maintained and, for those who want to relax in the shade, there are lush trees waiting for you to cool off from the summer heat, and a very nice adjacent quarry. From the Quarries you can easily reach the most enchanting places in that part of Sicily: Syracuse, Noto, Avola, Modica, Marzamemi etc. The apartments are very clean, equipped with everything .. they are also aesthetically very pleasant as there is a touch of design that it is an added value. Even if in the end the added value is theirs: Giovanni and Rosvanna. For me and my family they were unforgettable days. Thanks friends and ... The cave forever at the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything just perfect. Even more than perfect :) the house was clean, modern and chic and stylish. The hosts, Rosvanaa and her husband were supper friendly and very kind. They prepared a super delisious breakfast buffet and hosted us with a warm Italian hospitality. If I ever come back to Sicily again, La cave di Fontane Bianche would be my destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a couple from Switzerland visiting le Cave in July 2020 and because it was that excellent again in October 2020. Going twice to the same place is not typical for us. However, this was a must on our travels. The owners are hearty and incredibly hospitable. With their sense to the details you feel that they put all their heart in this accommodation. My wife is pregnant and Rosvanna, the owner, was so pleased by it that she gifted us new bought baby clothes!
The enclosure is vast and neat with the typical stones of the Syracus surrounding and wild almond and olive trees. The almonds are special to this area and delicious to taste. It is calm with no traffic to be heard and at the same time it is close to Cassibile. Close by is also the amazing open beach of the Marquise that we recommend.
The apartment was cozy and clean with all necessities needed. The pool was regularly cleaned and is big enough to take a swim. The breakfast is incredibly delicious with a combination of fresh local food and continental accents. If you like something special or just a scrambled egg with bacon feel free to ask them. The coffee was also formidable. In total we were there almost two weeks and I still got a watery mouth every morning by only thinking of the little delicious dishes served.
We will for sure come back a third time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolutely incredible stay at this B&B. The B&B is situated on a quiet large private ranch, managed by a wonderful Italian couple. They do not speak much English but get by perfectly well with Google Translate and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and provided plenty of recommendations for local spots to visit. Breakfast was included in our rate and was made fresh every morning (including coffee, savoury items, juice, and various delicious Sicilian pastries).
The room itself is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped (large bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator and cooking facilities). It also has a private patio with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and again, well equipped with loungers and umbrellas. They also provided beach and shower towels as well as a beach umbrella. We don't have children but many of the other couples staying did, and it seemed to be the perfect accommodation for small families.
The property is situated a bit outside of the main town (about a 5 minute drive) so you will definitely need a car if visiting the area. There is a smaller CONAD grocery store about 10 minutes drive South, and a very large CONAD about 15 minutes drive North. The location is also close to many beaches, as well as the main towns of Syracuse, Marzamemi and Noto.
