C	Clara Ballestrazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo rimasti molto delusi della stanza sottosopra. Premessa è una stanza in cui il gruppo parte separato per poi ricongiungersi nella stessa stanza. Peccato che la parte di stanza in cui era parte del gruppo non avesse assolutamente nessun enigma da risolvere se non degli indizi da urlare a quelli nell'altra stanza. In conclusione sono stata chiusa in una stanza a non fare nulla per 1 ora perché il lucchetto dell altra stanza con l enigma che doveva liberarci era difettoso e non si è aperto subito. We were very disappointed with the room turned upside down. Premise is a room in which the group departs separately and then rejoins in the same room. Too bad that the part of the room where he was part of the group had absolutely no enigma to solve other than clues to yell at those in the other room. In conclusion I was locked in a room doing nothing for 1 hour because the padlock in the other room with the riddle that had to free us was defective and did not open immediately.

La stanza di per sé è carina, in base al tema ne ho giocate di più belle, personale assente nel gioco, lucchetti già aperti, quadrante di gioco difettoso ( in cui abbiamo perso tempo!) Abbiamo chiesto aiuti e arrivavano dopo tempo. In base ad altre escape dove ci hanno accolti e coccolati,anche solo con foto e classifica finale, ci hanno dato il conto ( dicendo anche di non avere resto) e ciao! Ah la porta di uscita era già aperta!!! Premise we have completed the room! The room itself is nice, based on the theme I have played better ones, no staff in the game, locks already open, faulty game dial (in which we wasted time!) We asked for help and they arrived after time. Based on other escapes where they welcomed and pampered us, even if only with photos and final ranking, they gave us the bill (also saying not to have change) and bye! Ah the exit door was already open !!!

Particolarmente l'ultima volta in cui una persona del nostro gruppo ha portato un ritardo pazzesco, sono stati molto pazienti e cortesi e siamo riusciti a goderci l'esperienza senza nessun altro intoppo. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben tenuti. Sono già tornata e penso continuerò a tornare finché non avrò giocato tutte le stanze :) I have played here twice already, the staff have always been of exquisite kindness. Particularly the last time someone in our party brought a crazy delay, they were very patient and courteous and we were able to enjoy the experience without any other hitch. The rooms are clean and well kept. I am already back and I think I will keep coming back until I have played all the rooms :)

Ci siamo divertiti in generale anche se non è stato facile risolvere gli enigmi, in ogni caso ci tengo a sottolineare la buona condotta del personale, che non è mai scontata. Grazie per la bella esperienza! I would like to give 5 stars because the staff made the difference, in particular we were greeted by a girl who was able to explain and follow us with great availability. We had fun in general even if it was not easy to solve the puzzles, in any case I want to emphasize the good behavior of the staff, which is never taken for granted. Thanks for the great experience!

Ambientazioni fatte molto bene, indovinelli complicati e stimolanti. 1 ora per uscire da una stanza è fattibilissima. Personale professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Come ambientazione propongono: "La Casa nel Bosco, Harry Potter la maledizione dei purosangue, Il Sottosopra, Il Segreto dei Templari, C'era una volta e La bambola assassina". Prenotazione possibile online con fasce orarie accessibili sia per un pubblico adulto che minore accompagnato. Prezzo accessibile per un ora di puro svago e collaborazione. Torneremo con il mio gruppo per risolvere tutte le stanze. I have been there twice already and I enjoyed it a lot twice! L	Levin Vinterstin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOLDI REGALATI! Insieme ad un gruppo già solito a trovarsi per fare giochi del genere abbiamo provato in 6 persone la loro escape room " La casa nel bosco". Il sito internet la vende come esperienza Horror ma di horror non vi è nulla,apparte la trama che si può leggere solo internet. Scrivo "Solo" perché dato che la trama la avevamo letta solo in 2 per gli altri l'immersione nella trama è stata pari a zero,il personale ci ha accompagnato alla stanza di gioco senza accennare nulla della trama e senza darci nessun dettaglio su dove iniziare. Inoltre a metà gioco circa ci sarebbe stato utile leggere un numero scritto a pennarello sulla parete ma cancellato e quindi illeggibile,siamo dovuti andare ad intuito a capire che numero era prima di essere stato cancellato/illeggibile. Inoltre non essendo riusciti a completare il gioco a causa di questa mancanza ed altre cose la ragazza non è riuscita a spiegarci come si risolvessero gli Enigmi che ci hanno fatto perdere tempo. Sarebbe stato carino avere uno sconto dopo le nostre lamentele sulla stanza irrisolvibile a causa di loro errori ma niente il personale ha fatto finta di nulla. Ripeto siamo soliti a fare questi giochi,la stessa sera abbiamo completato quasi senza aiuti la stanza "Cluedo" di onewayout. Si esatto! ci siamo divertiti talmente poco che abbiamo voluto farne un altra la stessa sera da un altra parte,per non tornare a casa delusi. MONEY GIFT! The website sells it as a Horror experience but there is nothing horror, apart from the plot that can only be read on the internet. I write "Solo" because since the plot we had only read it in 2 for the others the immersion in the plot was equal to zero, the staff accompanied us to the game room without mentioning anything about the plot and without giving us any details on where to start. Furthermore, about halfway through the game it would have been useful to read a number written in felt-tip pen on the wall but erased and therefore illegible, we had to intuitively understand what number it was before it was erased / illegible. Also not being able to complete the game due to this lack and other things, the girl was unable to explain to us how to solve the puzzles that made us waste time. It would have been nice to have a discount after our complaints about the unsolvable room due to their mistakes but nothing the staff pretended not to. I repeat we are used to playing these games, the same evening we completed the "Cluedo" room of onewayout almost unaided. Yes, right! we had so little fun that we wanted to do another one the same evening somewhere else, so as not to go home disappointed.

Personale non al altezza di farci immergere nel gioco non avendoci detto niente ma lasciati nella stanza senza una minima introduzione, location poco curata: un numero scritto su una parete che serviva x la risoluzione di un enigma risultava cancellato e illeggibile. Alla nostra domanda se fosse normale pagare x un gioco non risolvibile la ragazza presente ci ha risposto di non sapere a come si risolveva la stanza... Sono già stato in altre strutture simili con i miei amici e questa è stata su tutte la peggiore, non fatevi fregare NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
