J	Jari Stimoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mosso dalla curiosità ho provato questa esperienza per la seconda volta nella mia vita. Questa volta è stata un esperienza fantastica! Nonostante il mio scetticismo creatosi dalla prima esperienza in un altra escape room, gli enigmi sono belli, interattivi, spaventosi e sorprendenti. La guida ti porta subito a immergerti nell'ambiente immaginario e quando le porte si chiudono è come se venissi portato in un altra dimensione! Moved by curiosity, I tried this experience for the second time in my life. This time it was a great experience! Despite my skepticism from my first experience in another escape room, the puzzles are beautiful, interactive, scary and surprising. The guide immediately takes you to immerse yourself in the imaginary environment and when the doors close it is as if you were taken to another dimension!

Possiamo dire di essere totalmente soddisfatti dell'esperienza, soprattutto alla gentilissima e simpaticissima game-master. Torneremo sicuramente a trovare le altre! It was our first Escape Room and we decided to throw in the "Harry Potter" themed one. We can say that we are totally satisfied with the experience, especially the very kind and very nice game-master. We will definitely be back to find the others!

Abbiamo provato Castel Sant’Angelo, dalla durata di un’ora, ed è stato davvero coinvolgente. Avremmo preferito magari qualche aiutino in meno e qualche minuto in più per uscire in totale autonomia, 90 minuti sarebbero perfetti. Beautiful experience. It was the first room escape I've ever done and so it was for the friends who accompanied me on this adventure. We tried Castel Sant’Angelo, lasting an hour, and it was really exciting. We would have preferred maybe some less help and a few more minutes to go out in total autonomy, 90 minutes would be perfect.

Sarei dovuta andare con un gruppo di amiche e per ben 2 volte non abbiamo potuto vivere questa esperienza. La prima volta la stanza a tema era stata danneggiata (comunicazione che ci è stata data 2 ore prima del nostro arrivo, e non viviamo a Torino)e quindi abbiamo posticipato la data. La seconda volta, una domenica, ci presentiamo con i 15 min di anticipo richiesti e notiamo le serrande abbassate, telefoniamo più volte senza ricevere riscontro..inviamo quindi un messaggio al quale ci rispondono "sono il titolare..ha bisogno?" Comunichiamo di avere un'escape room prenotata e questo è quanto ci è stato risposto: "mi dispiace, avevo detto ai miei dipendenti di avvisare tutti ma il suo nome deve essere sfuggito, la sede è temporaneamente chiusa". In titolare che "scarica" la colpa sui dipendenti è stato il massimo. Pessima gestione, pessima organizzazione..pessimo Considering that entertainment is all extra costs, similar businesses should be happy to receive requests at a similar time. I was supposed to go with a group of friends and we couldn't live this experience twice. The first time the themed room had been damaged (communication given to us 2 hours before our arrival, and we don't live in Turin) so we postponed the date. The second time, on a Sunday, we arrive with the requested 15 minutes early and we notice the shutters lowered, we call several times without receiving feedback .. then we send a message to which they reply "I am the owner .. do you need?" We communicate that we have an escape room booked and this is what we were told: "I'm sorry, I told my employees to warn everyone but your name must have escaped, the office is temporarily closed". In the owner who "unloads" the blame on the employees was the maximum. Bad management, bad organization .. bad

Avevo deciso di regalare alle mie amiche un'escape room: prenoto per un sabato pomeriggio e due ore prima dell'appuntamento vengo contattata dalla segreteria che mi comunica l'impossibilità di accedere all'escape room prenotata perché danneggiata da un cliente precedente. Unica soluzione che ci viene data: posticipare l'escape room. Prenoto per 3 settimane dopo. Arrivate lì davanti, troviamo le serrande abbassate e dopo svariate chiamate senza risposta mi arriva un messaggio su WhatsApp "ha bisogno?", spiego che ho un'escape room prenotata. "mi dispiace, avevo detto ai miei dipendenti di avvisare tutti ma il suo nome deve essere sfuggito, la sede è temporaneamente chiusa". Alla mia richiesta di ottenere il rimborso dell'acconto e un voucher per partecipare all'escape room quando riaprirà (dato che per due volte di fila ci hanno causato un disagio), loro sono spariti. Non rispondono né al telefono, né ai messaggi. Pessima gestione, pessima organizzazione, pessimo servizio clienti. Bad experience! I had decided to give my friends an escape room: I book for a Saturday afternoon and two hours before the appointment I am contacted by the secretariat which informs me of the impossibility of accessing the reserved escape room because it was damaged by a previous customer. The only solution we are given: postpone the escape room. I book for 3 weeks later. Arriving there in front, we find the shutters lowered and after several unanswered calls I get a message on WhatsApp "do you need?", I explain that I have an escape room booked. "I'm sorry, I told my employees to warn everyone but your name must have escaped, the office is temporarily closed." At my request to get a refund of the deposit and a voucher to participate in the escape room when it reopens (since they caused us discomfort twice in a row), they have disappeared. They don't answer either the phone or the messages. Bad management, bad organization, bad customer service.
S	Sara Alaska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffatori! Prenotato alle 15.15 di oggi, arriviamo ed è tutto chiuso. Chiamamo mille volte e nessuno risponde, scriviamo su Instagram e su email e niente. Dopo mezz'ora rispondono all'email che ci dev'essere stato un errore siccome le stanze non sono prenotabili da un po' e chiedendo se il pagamento è andato a buon fine (sul loro sito non c'era scritto NIENTE al riguardo). Rispondiamo che abbiamo pagato tutto e che a questo punto aspettiamo il rimborso. È passata una giornata intera e non hanno più risposto. Abbiamo perso i nostri soldi. Sconsiglio vivamente di farvi fregare anche voi. AGGIORNAMENTO: non modifico la recensione ma aggiungo che il bonifico con il rimborso alla fine lo hanno inviato. Scammers! Booked at 15.15 today, we arrive and everything is closed. We call a thousand times and no one answers, we write on Instagram and email and nothing. After half an hour they reply to the email that there must have been an error as the rooms have not been bookable for a while and ask if the payment was successful (on their website there was NOTHING written about it). We reply that we have paid everything and that at this point we are waiting for a refund. A whole day has gone by and they have never answered. We lost our money. I strongly advise against getting fooled too. UPDATE: I do not change the review but I add that the transfer with the refund at the end was sent.
