★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio gatto ( di 9 mesi , mai lasciato prima d ora e in convalescenza post operatoria) è stato tenuto in maniera impeccabile libero in uno spazio sicuro all aperto pensato per i gatti e su mia richiesta ha potuto godere anche della compagnia di altri i 2 gatti quando si è ambientato e la proprietaria si è accorta che andavano d accordo.
My cat (9 months old, never left before and in post-operative convalescence) was kept impeccably free in a safe outdoor space designed for cats and at my request was also able to enjoy the company of other 2 cats when he settled down and the owner realized they got along well.

Ci hanno dato appuntamento per farci vedere come tenevano i cani perché ci serviva una pensione per il nostro bracco francese, quindi partiamo da Roma, arriviamo e vediamo dei cani soli in un recinto (sperando siano i propri), vediamo scritto su un cartello di dare 2 colpi di clacson all’arrivo, noi diamo questi 2 colpi e nessuno esce ad accoglierci, proviamo a chiamare sia fisso che cellulare e nessuno risponde. Dopo vediamo un cartello con scritto “tutti i martedì chiuso” ma sono stati loro a darci l’appuntamento Di martedì!
E poi una domanda vorrei fare ma il martedì che sono chiusi e che nessuno risponde i cani con chi rimangono? Soli? Mah senza parole.
Rude! They gave us an appointment to show us how they kept dogs because we needed a board for our French bracco, so we leave from Rome, we arrive and we see dogs alone in an enclosure (hoping they are their own), we see written on a sign to give 2 horn blows on arrival, we give these 2 shots and no one comes out to greet us, we try to call both landline and mobile and nobody answers. After we see a sign that says "every Tuesday closed" but they gave us the appointment Tuesday!
And then a question I would like to make but on Tuesday they are closed and no one answers the dogs with whom they stay? Suns? Mah without words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una grande organizzazione per dare un ottima impressione. Soprattutto se si fanno i giorni di prova. NON ADATTA A CANI ANZIANI O NONVEDENTI. Ho lasciato il mio cane, Nina, per 19gg. Quando l ho ripresa stava malissimo. L ho trovata veramente molto molto ingrassata. Non le hanno mai fatto fare il bagno nella famosa piscina. Un parte di peli della gamba posteriore era quasi scomparsa, ad indicare che è rimasta stesa tutto il tempo. Un altro po' non riusciva a camminare. Mi hanno fatto pagare un giorno in più. Hanno corretto il contratto dopo che ho firmato. Non mi hanno mai mandato i video nonostante li ho richiesti per tre volte. Sono rimasto molto deluso. Quando ha grandinato i cani non avevano ripari. Nessuna fattura,scontrino o sorta di ricevuta.Non adatta a cani bisognosi di un attenzione in più. La mia cagna l hanno ABBANDONATA a se stessa, ingozzandola di cibo per farla stare inattiva. MAI STATA COSI GRASSA. Questa è stata la mia esperienza.
A great organization to make a great impression. Especially if you do the trial days. NOT SUITABLE FOR ELDERLY OR BLIND DOGS. I left my dog, Nina, for 19 days. When I took her she was terribly ill. I found her really very very fatter. They never made her bathe in the famous swimming pool. Some of the hair on the back leg had almost disappeared, indicating that it lay flat all the time. A little longer he could not walk. They charged me for an extra day. They corrected the contract after I signed. They never sent me the videos even though I requested them three times. I was very disappointed. When he hailed the dogs had no shelter. No invoice, receipt or sort of receipt.Not suitable for dogs in need of extra attention. They left my bitch to herself, gorging her with food to keep her inactive. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FAT. This has been my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima gioia nel vedere la felicità dei cani e dei gatti ospiti in questa pensione. Il mio cane anziano è che ormai cammina poco è sempre felice di andarci, ed anche il mio gatto. Loro stanno benissimo, quando ci vanno, è come se vanno in un paradiso. Il luogo è bellissimo.
Greatest joy in seeing the happiness of dogs and cats in the guesthouse guests. My old dog is that by now he walks very little he is always happy to go there, and also my cat. They look great when they go there, it's like going to a paradise. The place is beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo una recensione di questa struttura dopo tanti anni, poiché non riesco a dimenticare. Portai la mia cagnolina nel 2008 (mi sembra di ricordare), quando la struttura era aperta da poco, credo su suggerimento di un amico che conosceva la proprietaria Stefania. Fummo accolti con grande simpatia, in questa villa che sembrava deliziosa, con un allevamento di Golden Retriver e un allevamento di pappagalli amazzonici. Ci dissero che i cani avrebbero fatto passeggiate nel bosco, bagni nella piscina e che avrebbero mandato foto. Non so cosa abbiano poi effettivamente fatto, ma da quel momento, la mia cagnolina, che non aveva paura di niente, inziò ad essere timorosa degli altri cani e terrorizzata dai temporali (prima del soggiorno non aveva paura dei temporali e della pioggia). Ricordo anche che la ripresi con una grave congiuntivite, che passò dopo settimane di farmaci. La mia cagnolina aveva due anni, era in buona salute. Quindi mentre le altre recensioni sconsigliano questo luogo per cani anziani e non in buona salute, io lo sconsiglio anche per i cani in buona salute. Quelle paure emerse dopo quel soggiorno, sono state risolte in parte, con tanta pazienza e ore di socializzazione nei parchi. La mia cagnolina è morta a Luglio 2020, all'età di 15 anni, ha avuto una vita bellissima. Ma io non dimentico.
Cercando la struttura su Google e ritrovando nelle recensioni negative ciò che è capitato a me, mi sembra che le cose non siano cambiate. Tredici anni fa non si potevano scrivere le recensioni, ora sì. Ecco, l'ho fatto.
I am writing a review of this property after so many years, as I cannot forget. I took my dog in 2008 (I seem to remember), when the structure was recently open, I think at the suggestion of a friend who knew the owner Stefania. We were greeted with great sympathy, in this delightful looking villa, with a Golden Retriever farm and Amazon parrot farm. They told us that the dogs would go for walks in the woods, bathe in the pool and send photos. I don't know what they actually did, but from that moment on, my little dog, who was not afraid of anything, started to be afraid of other dogs and terrified of thunderstorms (before the stay she was not afraid of thunderstorms and rain). I also remember recovering her with severe conjunctivitis, which passed after weeks of medication. My dog was two years old, she was in good health. So while the other reviews advise against this place for older, unhealthy dogs, I also advise against it for healthy dogs. Those fears that emerged after that stay were partly resolved, with lots of patience and hours of socializing in the parks. My dog died in July 2020, at the age of 15, she had a beautiful life. But I don't forget.
Searching for the structure on Google and finding in negative reviews what happened to me, it seems to me that things have not changed. Thirteen years ago you couldn't write reviews, now you can. Here, I did.
