Happened by chance, known nice and competent staff, they have sheared and cleaned my little puppy, they have good food and they can advise, every now and then when I go shopping I leave it at the kindergarten where it has fun and is not forced to stay in car waiting for me. m	maria vvgghj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente un po' caro.Pagato 60 euro per il lavaggio ma mi è stato consegnato il cane ancora bagnato e arrivati a casa lo abbiamo dovuto ulteriormente spazzolare perché c'era tantissimo pelo ancora. Honestly a little expensive, I paid 60 euros for washing but I was given the dog still wet and when we got home we had to brush it further because there was still a lot of hair.
S	Simona Porfiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO COMPORTAMENTO! li ho contattati tramite marketplace di facebook; la mia richiesta iniziale era un acquario da 200lt circa rigenerato.il sig, Andrea mi ha consigliato un askoll tenerif 88 90/45/50 200lt con mobile in ottime condizioni..invece (ben imballato)è arrivato un tenerif 88 85/35/50 130lt, vetri rigati profondamente, sporco (calcare e residui di cibo di 10 anni fa ovunque) e filtro cotto dall'usura che rilasciava pezzi di vernice nell'acqua. per rimediare il Sig.Andrea mi ha proposto un cambio acquario (impossibile nel nostro caso vista la distanza) oppure di concedermi un maxi sconto per l'acquisto di un filtro esterno..peccato che lo stesso prodotto costava il doppio che su amazon...!!!! la fiducia va conquistata con i fatti e non con le prese in giro continue soprattutto in acquisti online!!!! C	Corinna Micu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio abbiamo portato il nostro cucciolo di 4 mesi per la doccia, abbiamo trovato la proprietaria da sola e molto arrabbiata, appena ha iniziato il nostro cane piangeva e saltava terrorizzato, la cara signora invece di tranquillizzarlo ha iniziato a spingerlo con cattiveria verso il muro e con la doccia da lontano gli buttava l'acqua sopra. Dopodiché gli ha messo giusto un pò di shampoo nonostante non fosse del tutto bagnato e da lontano l'ha sciacquato senza averlo strofinato per niente, era ancora sporco. Il cagnolino era spaventato e di conseguenza ha fatto la pipì addosso, non l'avesse mai fatto che la signora ha cominciato a dire che il cane aveva problemi, che era lei la proprietaria e che noi avremmo dovuto portare via il cane perché lei più di questo non poteva fare. Voleva che la pagassimo quaranta euro per un servizio fatto nemmeno per un sesto, per questo più di venticinque non potevo proprio darle. Uno schifo il fatto che pretendesse anche dei soldi. Sono andata via da quel posto con il cuore pesante e con il cane bagnato in braccio. Non metterò mai più piede là dentro questo è sicuro. Completamente disumano. She wanted us to pay her forty euros for a service done not even for a sixth, so I just couldn't give her more than twenty-five. It was disgusting that he also demanded money. I left that place with a heavy heart and a wet dog in my arms. I'll never set foot in there again that's for sure. Completely inhumane.
c	cristina bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovavo di passaggio e in serie difficoltà con il mio piccolo cucciolo, il personale all'interno un uomo ed una ragazza hanno saputo consigliarmi e mi hanno dato dell'ottimo cibo per il mio cucciolo che adesso si sente meglio e mangia di nuovo con voracità. consiglio molto questo posto anche per la pulizia del locale, e del cane, sono capitato dopo una toletta e ho visto pulire tutto prima di far entrare il cane successivo, minuziosi e ben informati sulle razze e sulle loro esigenze... consiglio vivamente questa marca in foto che loro hanno in negozio, il mio cucciolo si sta riprendendo da una brutta dermatite grazie a questo cibo e agli ottimi consigli del personale...
