★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una macelleria molto nota nella zona, la carne è buona e anche i preparati, come le cotolette e le polpette. Trovi di tutto e i prezzi sono piuttosto buoni. Oggi ho scoperto i cesti natalizi...ottima idea regalo, sono belli pieni!! Ho messo le 5 stelle perché durante il covid non hanno alzato i prezzi anzi avevano spesso offerte!!???

Today I discovered the Christmas baskets ... excellent gift idea, they are beautiful full !! I put the 5 stars because during the covid they didn't raise the prices in fact they often had offers !! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sulla carne niente da dire: se ciascuno sceglie quel che sa cucinare qui non si sbaglia. Però nei salami (buonissimi) continuano a metterci i nitrato di sodio che serve solo per tenere il colore. Io ne farei a meno perchè è cancerogeno conclamato. Poi sarebbe meglio azzerare la tara. Ogni volta ripeso con una bilancia elettronica e il peso dello scontrino è perfetto, peccato che includa sempre anche il fogliaccio con cui è avvolta la carne. il record in questo senso è molto recente. Ho comprato un prodotto surgelato, prodotto da terzi, che in bella vista porta una etichetta con peso netto e peso lordo. Nello scontrino però c'è il peso con tutto il cartone. Ovvero 48 grammi di carta venduti a 19,5 €/kg (un euro circa). Non si fa.

Trovo alta professionalità dei banconisti, sempre disposti a regalarti un suggerimento oppure un consiglio, oltre all'estrema pulizia e organizzazione del negozio stesso. Rapporto prezzo/qualità imbattibili. Lo trovi sulla strada che da Pessano va verso Gorgonzola (per intenderci la zona dove c'é il Corriere della Sera. Consiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado ad acquistare 70 euro di carne ( tra filetto, rosbif e altro), spinto dalle buone recensioni e dal fatto che la maggior parte delle volte la carne dei vari supermercati non sa di nulla e costa comunque, quindi chiedo al macellaio (carne del bergamasco) se il rotolo di carne fosse filetto, mi risponde che era un ottimo filetto, pertanto, gli chiedo di tagliarmi tre bistecche, compro altra carne e vado a casa. Arrivato a casa mi rendo conto che non è filetto, sono figlio di macellai e conosco i tagli della carne. Quello che mi aveva venduto è un controfiletto, pezzo di carne tra la costata e la fiorentina, carne che ha disossato per fare il rosbif all'inglese. Infatti, per renderlo rotondo alla vista lo aveva legato. Comunque la carne non era male ma sicuramente non ci tornerò visto la molto poca sincerità; mi ha spacciato il rosbif per filetto vendendomi al prezzo di euro 29,00 kg una carne che sarebbe costata 19,80 kg (ho scontrino di entrambi i tagli). Allego la foto di quello che sarebbe dovuto essere filetto ed una volta slegato dal filo ha assunto questa forma.

Arriving home I realize that it is not fillet, I am the son of butchers and I know the cuts of meat. What he had sold me was a sirloin, a piece of meat between the rib and the Florentine steak, which he boned to make the English style rosbif. In fact, to make it round at sight he had tied it. However the meat was not bad but I will certainly not go back given the very lack of sincerity; he sold me the rosbif for fillet, selling me at the price of 29.00 kg of meat that would have cost 19.80 kg (I have a receipt for both cuts). I am attaching the photo of what should have been fillet and once untied from the thread it has assumed this shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carni buonissime e personale gentile, ma non ho potuto darvi il punteggio pieno perchè vedere delle uova da allevamento in gabbia in posto come il vostro è una nota che stona parecchio. Chi viene da voi cerca qualità, geniunità, etica e un valore aggiunto rispetto ai discount, quindi anche uova da allevamenti all'aperto o bio. Fate anche questo piccolo passo e sarete davvero al top!
Delicious meats and kind staff, but I couldn't give you full marks because seeing some eggs from caged breeding in place like yours is a very out of place note. Those who come to you are looking for quality, genuineness, ethics and an added value compared to discount stores, therefore also eggs from free-range or organic farms.
