★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto bello, ottimamente allestito, pulito, variegata l'offerta, ottimi prodotti di alta qualità. Mi dispiace sommamente dire che, manca proprio la gentilezza e, direi, l'educazione al cliente: la titolare non saluta e non sorride mai, purtroppo anche qualche dipendente tende a comportarsi come lei, tranne l'addetta al banco dei bon bon/confetti. Questo è il motivo per cui ormai vado raramente.
 The shop is very nice, well set up, clean, varied offer, excellent high quality products. I deeply regret to say that, really lacking the kindness and, I would say, customer education: the owner does not greet and never smiles, unfortunately also some employees tend to behave like her, except the person in charge of the bon bon / confetti . This is why I rarely go now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vastissima scelta di prodotti ,anche i più ricercati , di ottima qualità anche se non proprio a prezzi competitivi , ottima disposizione della merce , eccellente gastronomia . Le tre stelle vanno tutte però al personale che manca di ogni attitudine ai contatti umani .....poca disponibilità , musi lunghi , insofferenza a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta , anche la più pertinente e rivolta con la massima cortesia , un contrasto stridente tra la dolcezza degli innumerevoli dolciumi e l' acidità delle apatiche dipendenti. Peccato !
Vast choice of products, even the most sought after, of excellent quality even if not at competitive prices, excellent arrangement of goods, excellent gastronomy. The three stars, however, all go to the staff who lack any aptitude for human contacts ..... little availability, long faces, intolerance to any question or request, even the most pertinent and addressed with the utmost courtesy, a striking contrast between the sweetness of countless sweets and the acidity of apathetic addicts. Pity !
