Chiedo un'informazione alla reception e questa urla con i colleghi, tra limbrazzo generale, poi si rivolge arrabbiata a me e risponde che ha altro da fare che tra mezz'ora deve andare via e che non gli interessa se io sto chiedendo solo un'informazione. Si vede che sei raccomandata, o ti avrebbero già licenziata da un pezzo. Io da parte mia annullerò la tessera, non ho bisogno di pagare per farmi trattare male da certa gente
