In generale anche la focaccia non era il massimo. Mi spiace ma la qualità non è quella di una volta! Ho ordinato 1kg di focaccia messinese e non appena ho aperto la scatola ho notato che la focaccia era in parte fresca e in parte re-infornata. Ho assaggiato e non so quale delle due fosse peggio: quella re-infornata era secca e aveva gli ingredienti letteralmente bruciati...e quella fresca era gommosa. Scarsa di ingredienti, poca scarola e pochi pomodorini. ULTIMA SORPRESA: guardo lo scontrino (NON FISCALE) e mi accorgo che anziché essere 1KG, il peso era di 1,7Kg... l'eccedenza, di cui non sono stata avvisata, era praticamente composta dalla focaccia re-infornata e invenduta che mi hanno piazzato in mezzo a quella fresca! CHE DIRE...Spacciarsi per "Gli specialisti delle specialità" e non sapere fare nemmeno la focaccia, oltre al fatto di non avere la minima cura verso il cliente! AVETE VENDUTO LA FOCACCIA VECCHIA, MA SE RAGIONATE CON QUEST'OTTICA PERDERETE I CLIENTI UNO AD UNO! Bad experience ... first and last time! I ordered 1kg of messinese focaccia and as soon as I opened the box I noticed that the focaccia was partly fresh and partly re-baked. I tasted it and I don't know which of the two was worse: the re-baked one was dry and had the ingredients literally burnt ... and the fresh one was chewy. Lack of ingredients, little escarole and a few cherry tomatoes. LAST SURPRISE: I look at the receipt (NOT TAX) and I realize that instead of being 1KG, the weight was 1.7Kg ... the excess, of which I was not notified, was practically made up of the re-baked and unsold focaccia which they placed me in the middle of the cool one! WHAT TO SAY ... Passing off as "Specialists of specialties" and not knowing how to make focaccia, as well as not having the slightest care towards the customer! YOU SOLD THE FOCACCIA VECCHIA, BUT IF YOU REASON WITH THIS OPINION, YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS ONE BY ONE!
