Non si mangia sicuramente male ma lo scivolone sul conto fa dimenticare la cena ed il personale preparato. Authorized thieves. Dall'antipasto al dolce non c'è stato alcun tentennamento, tutto squisito e decisamente superiore alla media. Torneremo presto a trovarvi! Buona selezione di vini, con valorizzazione del Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Piatti ispirati alla tradizione locale, con spiccato uso del tartufo. Abbiamo condiviso un esperienza di una cena in 6 amici, in una giornata un po' no, a causa di un malfunzionamento di qualcosa che ha riempito la sala di fumo. Qualità dei prodotti buona, con carni di qualità. Forse la pecca è il tartufo, probabilmente uno scorzone invernale o uncinato, che anziché essere a scaglie veniva presentato grattugiato, forse fatto per nascondere la maturazione oramai un po' avanzata o una conservazione in congelatore. infatti la polpa era morbida e marrone, assenti le venature. Prezzo un po' alto per le aspettative, circa 55 € a testa. Il servizio deve essere un po' più curato: assaggio del vino, i bicchieri vanno capovolti, i piatti dell'antipasto ritirati prima di portare i primi, in pratica bisogna curare i dettagli. Carenza dovuta all'inesperienza o a personale giovane.
