Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto salumi e formaggi (vi consiglio i formaggi, locali, sono speciali) ed i primi abbiamo fatto un assaggio di Ravioli burro salvia e guanciale, e poi le trofie con pistacchi, pomodorini e basilico (in origine erano tagliolini ma erano terminati, ma le trofie hanno aiutato il condimento) e per terminare mi è stato consigliato il capocollo dì maiale: così morbido che l'ho tagliato utilizzando solamente la forchetta! We took a mixed starter of cold cuts and cheeses (I recommend the local cheeses, they are special) and the first we tasted Ravioli with sage butter and bacon, and then trofie with pistachios, cherry tomatoes and basil (originally they were tagliolini but they were finished, but the trofie helped the seasoning) and to finish I was advised the capocollo of pork: so soft that I cut it using only the fork! Lo consiglio a chi si trova ad Avezzano e vuole assaggiare prodotti tipici o comunque mangiare molto bene . Very nice and comfortable restaurant. Owner very kind and prepared on what to recommend to eat and really good dishes. I recommend it to anyone who is in Avezzano and wants to taste typical products or at least eat very well.

In estate è possibile mangiare fuori coperti da un porticato, e i tavoli sono ben distanziati. Il menu è davvero interessante e variegato. Noi abbiamo scelto di provare le pizze e in più ho anche assaggiato le pallotte cacio e ova come antipasto. Le pallotte erano davvero buone e ben presentate, ma la vera rivelazione è stata la pizza. Un impasto buonissimo, unico ad Avezzano. Si sentiva tutta la qualità dei condimenti, il pomodoro per nulla acido, delizioso. È stata una piacevolissima scoperta, con un rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente sopra la media. Questo posto è entrato nel mio cuore e credo sia la pizzeria migliore di Avezzano. Tornerò per provare la parte ristorante. This restaurant-pizzeria is clean and tidy, with an oven in full view. In summer it is possible to eat outside covered by a porch, and the tables are well spaced. The menu is really interesting and varied. We chose to try the pizzas and I also tasted the cacio e ova pallotte as an appetizer. The pallottas were really good and well presented, but the real revelation was the pizza. A very good dough, unique in Avezzano. You could hear all the quality of the toppings, the tomato not at all sour, delicious. It was a very pleasant discovery, with a definitely above average value for money. This place has entered my heart and I think it is the best pizzeria in Avezzano. I'll be back to try the restaurant part.

Voto tre stelle però per la seconda visita, avvenuta qualche giorno fa. La cameriera è stata molto gentile ed accomodante, però la mancanza di ingredienti ed il locale un po' freschino in inverno non mi hanno lasciato una buona impressione. La qualità dell'impasto della pizza è sopra la media. Ci sono anche impasti con farine particolari: integrale e ai 5 cereali. Ho assaggiato la 5 cereali, la consiglio. Però gli ingredienti per il condimento? 3 fettine di prosciutto. Inoltre ho ordinato una pizza, ma mi arriva stile pinsa, quindi più stretta e allungata. Avranno adattato la forma per mancanza di farcitura? Gli antipasti praticamente indisponibili, dopo l'ordine la cameriera è tornata 2 volte a dirci che quello che avevamo ordinato non era disponibile. Spero sia stato solamente il disagio di una sera, perché il locale ha tutto il potenziale. I have happened a couple of times. The first visit in 2019 pre-covid is all in all positive. Three stars, however, for the second visit, which took place a few days ago. The waitress was very kind and accommodating, but the lack of ingredients and the slightly cool place in winter did not leave me a good impression. The quality of the pizza dough is above average. There are also doughs with special flours: wholemeal and with 5 cereals. I tasted the 5 cereals, I recommend it. But the ingredients for the dressing? 3 slices of ham. I also ordered a pizza, but it comes in pinsa style, therefore narrower and elongated. Will they have adapted the shape due to a lack of filling? The starters practically unavailable, after the order the waitress came back 2 times to tell us that what we had ordered was not available. I hope it was just the discomfort of one night, because the place has all the potential.
