Excellent cuisine with traditional dishes prepared strictly by the staff. Welcoming, kind and respectful of the anti-covid rules. Very good quality / price ratio. If you pass through this village do not miss the opportunity to have a meal in the restaurant.

The food is good, the menu is limited but good. The restaurant is housed in a cellar with exposed rock. Valid for a quick stop if you are passing along the Salaria or visiting Acquasanta Terme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic regional cuisine served quickly and nicely plated. I liked the simple porcini pasta with tomatoes the most. The pasta tasted so good I thought it was homemade but we found out later it is coming from small shop specialized in pastas.
