T	Tonia Guarino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a questa struttura dopo aver letto numerose recensioni sia su Booking sia su google, quasi tutte rigorosamente positive. Indubbiamente il posto è incantevole, situato sul fiume e a pochi passi dal lago di Bolsena, nella pace dei sensi, con il dolce suono dell’acqua e degli uccellini, nulla da dire. Non posso dire lo stesso per la camera che ho scelto, vista giardino, all’interno sporca e mal tenuta, la doccia non era agibile e se avete paura dei ragni, questo posto non fa per voi! L’umidità protagonista del mio week, il pavimento era praticamente bagnato, e si fa fatica a dormire sonni tranquilli. Altra nota dolente, la spa che nella descrizione della struttura c’è (ho scelto questo posto anche e soprattutto per questo)ma giunti li di spa non c’era praticamente nulla se non una vasca jacuzzi non agibile e mai vista! Insomma unica nota positiva è stata la signora Antonella che grazie alla sua ospitalità e gentilezza ha reso un po’ meno drammatico il nostro soggiorno facendoci anche un po’ da guida sulle attrazioni da visitare e dandoci un po’ di lezioni di storia in merito alla cannara. In sintesi delusione, non credo ci ritornerò! I relied on this structure after reading numerous reviews on both Booking and Google, almost all strictly positive. Undoubtedly the place is enchanting, located on the river and a few steps from Lake Bolsena, in peace of mind, with the sweet sound of water and birds, nothing to say. I cannot say the same for the room I chose, overlooking the garden, dirty and poorly maintained inside, the shower was not accessible and if you are afraid of spiders, this place is not for you! The humidity was the protagonist of my week, the floor was practically wet, and it is difficult to sleep peacefully. Another sore point, the spa that is included in the description of the structure (I chose this place also and above all for this) but once there was the spa there was practically nothing but a jacuzzi that was not accessible and never seen! In short, the only positive note was Mrs. Antonella who thanks to her hospitality and kindness made our stay a little less dramatic by making us a bit of a guide on the attractions to visit and giving us some history lessons about cannara. . In summary disappointment, I don't think I'll be back!

Andati via dopo un giorno. Unica nota positiva la signora che ti accoglie. nightmare! Isolated in the dark with no possibility of contacting anyone as the signal does not arrive. Windows strictly closed to keep the mice out. Gone after a day. The only positive note is the lady who welcomes you.

Tutto immerso nel verde ...con il meraviglioso suono dell'acqua che scorre vicino... sembra veramente di stare nel paese delle meraviglie!!! Una tenuta che nella sua unicità permette di staccarsi veramente della frenetica vita e fermarsi ad apprezzare la natura e bellezza di questa villa e tutto quello che la circonda. Complimenti ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità!!! Grazie di cuore!!! Ve lo meritate!!! Inoltre vicino a pochi minuti di macchina trovate tutto. Consiglio a tutti voi questa struttura qualora capitate da quelle parti ... anzi andate appositamente!!! ??? A wonderful place .... unique ever !!!!! All surrounded by greenery ... with the wonderful sound of water flowing nearby ... it really seems to be in wonderland !!! An estate that in its uniqueness allows you to truly break away from the hectic life and stop to appreciate the nature and beauty of this villa and everything that surrounds it. Congratulations to the owners for their kindness and availability !!! Thank you with all my heart!!! You deserve it!!! Also close to a few minutes by car you will find everything. I recommend this structure to all of you if you happen to be in those parts ... indeed go on purpose !!! ???
