★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit einigen Jahren mache ich Urlaub am Lago di Bolsena und kaufe gerne nach dem Bad im See hier Fisch. Mich interessieren besonders die Fische, die ich in Deutschland nicht bekomme, z.B. Pagro (Sackbrasse) oder Coregone (Renke) aus dem Lago. Immer lecker auch die kleinen Vongole für 6€ pro Kilo! Das Personal ist auf Zack: noch nie habe ich jemand so schnell und sauber Seezungen häuten sehen! Und die Petersilie gibt‘s gratis dazu. Ottimo qualita!
 For a few years now, I've been on vacation at Lake Bolsena and like to buy fish here after swimming in the lake. I am particularly interested in the fish that I cannot get in Germany, e.g. Pagro (sackbream) or Coregone (whitefish) from the lake. The small Vongole for € 6 per kilo are always delicious! The staff is on their toes: I have never seen anyone skin sole so quickly and cleanly! And the parsley comes for free. Ottimo qualita!
