★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paninoteca storica de fiorentini con i piatti tipici lampredotto , poppa , troppo trippa, messo con ipolke che si chiama Francesina, buon vino veramente ottimo vino fa tavola, mille volte meglio dei fast food o kebab anche dal punto di vista nutrizionale perché la trippa e lampredotto non ha grassi saturi ne colesterolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seven years have gone by since I discovered La Butticche. And I've dreamt of it ever since. Today my dreams were fulfilled with their amazing Lampredotto sandwich. Don't be shy about trying tripe as many folks are. This place redefines all it can be. Have one with "everything" and a one euro glass of wine. This is a traditional working man's place, but a cycling team showed up today for lunch as well as some local merchants. We were the only tourists and we felt right at home. At 4 euro, this is probably the best sandwich in the EU.
