Tutto in stile medioevale.il ristorante si presenta di dimensioni notevoli e lascia libertà di spazio sia dentro che fuori. Camerieri molto alla mano e gentili, è possibile anche pranzare all'esterno. Il parcheggio è abbastanza grande da poter consentire a un numero elevato di macchine di poter parcheggiare proprio dentro il ristorante. Sono rimasto soddisfatto anche per la qualità del cibo (praticamente solo piatti di terra) le porzioni risultano sufficienti. Beautiful location set in the Pisan hills. All in medieval style. The restaurant is of considerable size and leaves freedom of space both inside and out. Very friendly and kind waiters, it is also possible to have lunch outside. The car park is large enough to allow a large number of cars to park right inside the restaurant. I was also satisfied with the quality of the food (practically only land dishes) the portions are sufficient.

Peccato per tutto il resto, il servizio carente, personale distratto nonostante fossimo 5 tavoli, carne di bassa qualità e mal cucinata. In particolare, abbiamo ordinato: un piatto di affettati misti( la qualità e qualità nonché la presentazione era al quanto ridicola), tagliata rucola e grana priva fi sapore e di alcun tipo di condimento, filetto al tartufo coperto da una panna al pecorino e scaglie di tartufo (per essere filetto era estremamente grasso e insapore, troppo corto e la panna non specificata nel menu, aveva lo scopo di coprire il misfatto). L’acqua era buona. Nonostante lo sconto di the fork il prezzo è stato al quanto spropositato. We arrived at this place with an impressive location (but a little too "pompous"), however, we were very impressed. Too bad for everything else, the lacking service, distracted staff even though we were 5 tables, low quality and poorly cooked meat. In particular, we ordered: a plate of mixed cold cuts (the quality and quality as well as the presentation was ridiculous), sliced rocket and parmesan without flavor and any type of seasoning, fillet with truffles covered with a pecorino cream and flakes of truffles (to be fillet it was extremely fat and tasteless, too short and the cream not specified in the menu, was intended to cover the misdeed). The water was good. Despite the fork's discount, the price was disproportionate.

Non combaciano gli arredamenti caotici e carichi da elementi non appartenenti alla epoca templare . La cena molto alla buona tipo casaligo per e per nulla presentabile come da avere la cura da uno chef. Musica gradevole in compagnia del piano forte e la compagnia livornese. Raccomando il posto senza nessun'altra presunzione che non sia dedicata alla miglioria del posto e il servizio dello staff che senza ombra di dubbio è stato attento e gentile. La proprietaria alla casa molto gentile e amabile. Very nice place but the description of what year had for the place was very superficial and honestly exaggerated. The chaotic furnishings and loads of elements not belonging to the Templar era do not match. The very good home-style dinner for and not at all presentable as to have the care of a chef. Pleasant music in the company of the piano forte and the company of Livorno. I recommend the place without any other presumption that it is not dedicated to the improvement of the place and the service of the staff who without a shadow of a doubt were attentive and kind. The owner of the house is very kind and lovable.

L’ambiente è davvero magnifico.. sembra di stare in una favola medioevale.. davvero eccezionale! Per il resto davvero non ne vale la pena. Menù su un foglio di carta stampata senza un minimo di cura, camerieri che non sanno né cosa c’è nel menu (ad esempio: nei vari piatti cosa viene messo), né sanno trattare col cliente (sembrano davvero messi lí a caso). Nessuno che sappia consigliare un vino. Norme igieniche non troppo osservate. Piatti dalla qualità mediocre (sia antipasti, che primi, che secondo.. ho evitato di prendere il dolce). Il vino che producono loro è un qualcosa di imbevibile (da sentirsi male!). Peccato.. perché l’ambiente è strepitoso.. ma per il resto non ne vale assolutamente la pena!!! ASSOLUTAMENTE BOCCIATO. Menu on a sheet of printed paper without a minimum of care, waiters who do not know what is on the menu (for example: what is placed in the various dishes), nor do they know how to deal with the customer (they really seem to be placed there at random). No one who can recommend a wine. Hygiene rules not too observed. Dishes of mediocre quality (both starters, first courses, and second courses .. I avoided taking the dessert). The wine they produce is something undrinkable (to feel bad!). Too bad .. because the environment is amazing .. but otherwise it is absolutely not worth it !!! ABSOLUTELY BOCCIATO.

Nella provincia di Pisa è sicuramente il solo ristorante arredato in maniera seria rispetto al tema scelto: ovviamente quello dei Templari. Il celebre esercito Cristiano famoso per lo scudo crociato che combatteva contro gli infedeli in medio oriente secoli fa. L’ambiente è clamorosamente realistico, vecchio e antico, ma al contempo nuovo! I camerieri sono vestiti con un veste medievale e sono molto simpatici, esattamente come il proprietario, un anziano affabile e simpatico, presente in prima persona durante il servizio. Il cibo non necessita del mio giudizio, che per quanto positivo sarebbe riduttivo. Le carni di Cinta senese, Chianina, Vitella, Maiale non hanno fatto che lanciarmi in una dimensione parallela di piacere, realmente qualitativa e soprattutto gustosa. I costi sono certamente correlati alla bellezza del posto e alla qualità del cibo, sicuramente chi viene qui non spende poco. Ma non venire a farvi un’esperienza sarebbe un errore! Ovviamente tornerò, il proprietario ha promesso di farmi assaggiare il bisonte e non vedo l’ora! Enchanting and absolutely unique place! The environment is sensationally realistic, old and ancient, but at the same time new! The waiters are dressed in medieval robes and are very nice, just like the owner, an affable and likeable elderly person, personally present during the service. Food does not need my judgment, which, however positive, would be an understatement. The meat of Cinta Senese, Chianina, Vitella, Pork did nothing but launch me into a parallel dimension of pleasure, truly qualitative and above all tasty. The costs are certainly related to the beauty of the place and the quality of the food, certainly those who come here do not spend little. But not coming to experience it would be a mistake! Of course I'll be back, the owner has promised to let me taste the bison and I can't wait!
i	i g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendo locale stile medioevo, ottimo per matrimoni in quanto dispone di vari spazi e di una grandissima terrazza signorile in stile antico dove scattare foto. Anche il cibo è ottimo. La carne proposta è morbidissima, gli affettati fatti in casa direttamentedai proprietari e anche i primi sono favolosi. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro. Superb medieval-style venue, excellent for weddings as it has various spaces and a huge, elegant antique-style terrace where you can take pictures. The food is also great. The meat on offer is very soft, the home-made cold cuts directly from the owners and the first courses are also fabulous. We will definitely be back.
