★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con questo venditore è stata assolutamente negativa.... A parte i prezzi decisamente piu alti rispetto agli altri venditori della zona... Riferisco il fatto che il titolare sia un venditore incapace di ascoltare le richieste dei clienti, offendendo i suoi colleghi di altre zone in modo dispreggiativo e con paragoni assurdi... Oltretutto per niente professionale, visto che sono state ordinate delle statuine per decorare una torta, e anche se non ha soddisfatto la richiesta fatta in modo esatto ci ha comunque " obbligato" a comprare un accozzaglia di personaggi messi insieme alla rinfusa senza nessuna possibilità di reso...Non credo di metterci mai più piede!
My experience with this seller was absolutely negative .... Apart from the much higher prices compared to other sellers in the area ... I report the fact that the owner is a seller unable to listen to customer requests, offending his colleagues from other areas in a derogatory way and with absurd comparisons ... Moreover, not at all professional, since figurines were ordered to decorate a cake, and even if he did not satisfy the request made exactly, he still "forced" us to buy a jumble of characters put together in bulk without any possibility of return ... I don't think I'll ever set foot in it again!
