Dopo essermi affidata ed aver acquistato una batteria elettrica, al ritiro mi dice che servono altri 150 euro di materiale per poterla usare. Poi mi rendo conto che il seggiolino è per adulti e non per bambini come avevo specificato. Chiamo per la consegna e mi danno disponibilità per tutto il pomeriggio, quando ci vado mi dicono che non potevano consegnare! Professionalità assente! Non ci andrò mai più.
Bad experience. A totally incompetent music shop owner. After relying on and buying an electric battery, when I collect it he tells me that another 150 euros of material is needed to be able to use it. Then I realize that the seat is for adults and not for children as I had specified. I call for delivery and they give me availability for the whole afternoon, when I go there they tell me that they could not deliver! Absent professionalism! I will never go there again.
