Accompagna qualunque antipasto o secondo piatto. Io lo preferisco soprattutto con l' insalata di pomodoro nostrano, abbondantemente oleata di olio Evo di Frascineto, di mia produzione.
 From the Bottega del Fornaio, in Saracena, the specialty I appreciate the most is homemade, semi-wholemeal bread. It is modeled into large elongated shapes, weighing 4/5 kg, cooked whole and then cut into 1/2 kg slices for shops.
Accompanies any appetizer or main course. I prefer it above all with the local tomato salad, abundantly oiled with extra virgin olive oil from Frascineto, of my production.
