Nell'acquisto sono stata seguita/aiutata su WhatsApp con cortesia e cordialità. Apparte la bellezza e qualità indiscussa di borse e accessori (la mia mandarina lux lead è uno spettacolo e dotata di cartellini e garanzia), la titolare è stata così carina da inviare anche un adorabile omaggio in pelle con i ringraziamenti scritti per il mio acquisto. Certe attenzioni e gentilezze al cliente non sono affatto scontate e dimostrano grande professionalità, esperienza e passione per il proprio lavoro. Ovviamente non posso che essere soddisfatta e consiglio sicuramente l'acquisto ad altri.
Super positive experience. I ordered a bag from the online site on 12/21/2021 in the afternoon (full Christmas period). December 23 was already in my hands in the province of Verona. In the purchase I was followed / helped on WhatsApp with courtesy and cordiality. Apart from the undisputed beauty and quality of bags and accessories (my mandarina lux lead is a sight and comes with tags and warranty), the owner was so nice that she even sent an adorable leather gift with written thanks for my purchase. Certain attention and kindness to the customer are by no means taken for granted and demonstrate great professionalism, experience and passion for their work. Obviously I can only be satisfied and I definitely recommend the purchase to others.
