Ogni piatto nasce da una ricerca di nuovi accostamenti, nuovi sapori, ingredienti insoliti. Perchi cerca cordialità, conduzione familiare, genuinità dei prodotti. Consiglio il pollo fritto. Ma è meglio consultare il menù per non perdersi altre prelibatezze.
New management, renovated premises, new genre. Pub, snack bar whose young owners are 3 brothers, who have made a bet with Fermo. Each dish is born from a search for new combinations, new flavors, unusual ingredients. Perchi seeks cordiality, family management, authenticity of the products. I recommend the fried chicken. But it is better to consult the menu so as not to miss other delicacies.
