★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi recatomi all'officina dopo avergli lasciato la mia macchina per ben 5 giorni, convinto di poterla ritirare con la coppa dell'olio cambiata, scopro in realtà che la macchina non é nemmeno stata vista e la ritrovo lì dove l'avevo parcheggiata, nonostante il personale mi avesse assicurato una riparazione tempestiva sotto mia esplicita richiesta. Con estremo rammarico porto la macchina in un'altra officina sperando in una maggiore professionalità, conscio che non tornerò mai più alla Clinica dell'auto.
Today I went to the workshop after leaving him my car for 5 days, convinced that I could collect it with the changed oil pan, I actually discover that the car has not even been seen and I find it there where I had parked it, despite the staff had assured me of timely repair at my explicit request. With extreme regret I take the car to another workshop hoping for greater professionalism, aware that I will never go back to the car clinic.

Ho portato l'auto per il cambio della cinghia di distribuzione ed un check up generico: Ulisse ed il suo team sono stati gentililssimi, veloci, precisi e soprattutto scrupolosi. Mi hanno spiegato nel dettaglio tempi, costi e le lavorazioni che avrebbero eseguito e sono stati davvero disponibili e professionali. Assolutamente soddisfatta!
Impeccable! I brought the car to change the timing belt and a generic check up: Ulysses and his team were very kind, fast, precise and above all scrupulous. They explained to me in detail the times, costs and processes that they would perform and they were really helpful and professional. Absolutely satisfied!
