V	Vincenzo PIZZULLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. Bicicletta portata in assistenza, ritirata dopo dieci giorni nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'ho portata, ovvero non funzionante. Ci si accorge di non avere il pezzo di ricambio un'ora prima della riconsegna. Ciò vuol dire che la bici non è stata nemmeno presa in considerazione. Purtroppo per le piccole cose si viene sempre ignorati, peccato , da uno store cosi ci si aspetta molto di più. In risposta al proprietario La VERITA' é quella descritta, ho soltanto omesso di scrivere che mi hai dato tu l'appuntamento per portare la bici. Prima di portarla ti ho chiesto se poteva essere utile una foto o il codice del forcellino in maniera tale da provvedere per tempo e mi è stato detto che al 99% era disponibile. Il Martedì ho portato la bici come da accordi per riconsegna massimo Venerdì. La mattina del Venerdì ti ho chiamato e mi hai detto: "LA STO FACENDO ADESSO", ciò non era assolutamente vero perché senza del forcellino non si può fare niente. Il pomeriggio del Venerdì mi hai richiamato dicendo che il forcellino non era disponibile, nemmeno tra i tuoi colleghi e bisognava ordinarlo. Quindi prima del Venerdì pomeriggio la bici non è stata per nulla presa in considerazione, se la bici fosse stata controllata per tempo da Martedì a Venerdì il forcellino sarebbe arrivato eccome!! A quel punto ti ho detto di ordinarlo, nella speranza che entro il Sabato successivo la bici fosse pronta. Al Giovedì non c'era alcuna prospettiva di riconsegna del mezzo, allora ho deciso di ritirarla. In 24h ho ritirato come privato, da un fornitore (non da Amazon) il forcellino e l'ho montato sulla bici. Questa è tutta la VERITA'. Bad assistance. Bicycle brought in for service, withdrawn after ten days in the same condition in which I brought it, i.e. not working. You realize you don't have the spare part one hour before delivery. This means that the bike was not even considered. Unfortunately for the little things you are always ignored, too bad, from a store so much more is expected. In response to the owner The TRUTH is as described, I only omitted to write that you gave me the appointment to bring the bike. Before bringing it I asked you if a photo or the code of the dropout could be useful in order to provide it in time and I was told that 99% was available. On Tuesday I brought the bike as agreed for maximum delivery on Friday. On Friday morning I called you and you said: "I AM DOING IT NOW", this was absolutely not true because without the dropout you can not do anything. On Friday afternoon you called me back saying that the dropout was not available, not even among your colleagues and had to be ordered. So before Friday afternoon the bike was not taken into consideration at all, if the bike had been checked in time from Tuesday to Friday the dropout would have arrived! At that point I told you to order it, in the hope that the bike would be ready by the following Saturday. On Thursday there was no prospect of returning the vehicle, so I decided to withdraw it. In 24h I collected the dropout as a private person, from a supplier (not Amazon) and mounted it on the bike. This is the whole TRUTH.
