★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se lasciate affissi in vetrina dei recapiti telefonici con scritto "per prenotazioni contattare" ..., dovreste poi rispondere al telefono o togliere l'avviso sulla vetrina se non più valido.
If you leave telephone numbers posted in the window with the words "for reservations contact" ..., you should then answer the phone or remove the notice on the window if it is no longer valid.

Il mio ragazzo è andato per un appuntamento alle 10, per barba e capelli: l'hanno fatto aspettare più di mezz'ora rispetto all'orario pattuito (concordato per e-mail, quindi mi riesce difficile pensare a un fraintendimento), dopodiché hanno fatto metà del lavoro (gli hanno rasato solo la testa senza sistemargli la barba, spacciandolo per "non avevi prenotato la barba", ma ripeto è tutto nero su bianco) e l'hanno letteralmente devastato.
L'hanno riempito di taglietti e ora sanguina come un capretto. Un macellaio cieco, ubriaco e senza mani avrebbe fatto un lavoro migliore.
Simply terrible. My boyfriend went for an appointment at 10, for beard and hair: they made him wait more than half an hour than the agreed time (agreed by e-mail, so I find it difficult to think of a misunderstanding), after which they done half the job (they only shaved his head without fixing his beard, passing him off as "you didn't book a beard", but I repeat it's all black and white) and literally devastated him.
They filled it with nips and now it's bleeding like a kid. A blind, drunk, and handless butcher would have done a better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento per farmi sistemare la barba (visto che i capelli mi hanno abbandonato da un po') con facilità, forse per via di questo periodo di restrizioni. Che dire? Sono stati 40 minuti di totale relax in cui, tra shampoo alla barba, balsami vari, sagomatura, acconciatura e panni caldi umidi, mi sono trovato a mio agio. Per tutto questo posso dire che sono stati soldi ben spesi. Complimenti ai titolari, grandi professionisti. Consigliatissimo!!!
I made an appointment to get my beard fixed (as my hair has long since abandoned me) with ease, perhaps due to this period of restrictions. What to say? It was 40 minutes of total relaxation in which, between beard shampoos, various conditioners, shaping, hairdressing and warm damp cloths, I felt at ease. For all this I can say that it was money well spent. Congratulations to the owners, great professionals. Highly recommended !!!
