Competente, gentilissima è davvero simpatica. Ho apprezzato molto il poter rilassarmi e parlare in serenità, senza sentirmi in difficoltà, come ogni tanto mi è capitato con altri parrucchieri che provavano a convincermi a comprare prodotti non desiderati. Da Paolo Ferrari ci si sente a casa e a proprio agio e sicuramente l'esperienza nel mestiere la si percepisce.
I had a great time. Apart from the quality of the service which is certainly high, I had a really good experience, pampered by Valeria, the hostess. Competent, very kind, she is really nice. I really appreciated being able to relax and talk in serenity, without feeling in trouble, as I have occasionally happened with other hairdressers who tried to convince me to buy unwanted products. At Paolo Ferrari you feel at home and at ease and certainly the experience in the trade is perceived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always been rather happy with the haircut, now that I've tried getting my hair dyed I understood how come you hardly ever see a woman walk in. They didn't really get my request, I got my hair done three times as it needed to get fixed and at the of the end of the day I'm left with my hair not looking as I expected and on top of that it's brassy. I feel like they should lower the price since the result isn't worth it . They handled quite professionally the complaint though. I wrote this so that my fellow girlies won't risk to go through the same, I feel like if you stay in their comfort zone which to me seemed to be blonde highlights you might end up with a good result.
